4 months is absolutely a new mother! Mine are 19 and 21 and I'm still learning. Give yourself some grace and lots of rest. Raising humans is the hardest work.
You are a parent....the MOST important job on the planet, bar none. Self care is crucial. Maybe see if you can find a way to let go of a job...or part of one to care for YOU. Your child will always need you. Good luck 💞🌟
