Not raining is about as good as we're getting at the minute :D I'm yet to meet someone our age who can really afford a house in Ireland. A 35 year mortgage with large enough payments isn't "affordable" in my book :D Free money is always welcome. Keep your dent, I think it's sexy. Matches the dent in your arse cheek :D I don't want a house or an apartment, I want a new country :P

Yeh I think so haha. I know 2 people but they've been saving since they started working straight from College, both got good jobs with their partners. Haha was just gunna say that about my dent XD New country would be ideal.

im Mortgage free at 49,,,so happy i am, it was hard , but well worth it, no pubs or over seas holidays for 10 years..but i own my house now
I'm happy to hear man! I would want to be mortgage free ASAP so I think saving now while I can is the best option. Enjoy my life because I won't be able to when I get a house haha

Good man saving for a house, got mine a couple of years back and it's great not having to pay rent. Would have to pay double money the mortgage on rent nowadays... 😅🔫
I don't have an MT-10 however so I guess it all balances out.
On a separate note. What gear do you have and how is it coping with the Irish weather? (ya could make an entire video on that, just sayin 😏)
Yeh it's way better but only issue is getting the mortgage nowadays. Yeh the MT-10 balances it out haha.
I have Rukka and Dainese goretex gear. It's magic if you don't have any!
