I think they searched for young "normal" people with an apartment before, made an appointment, and maybe even brought the decoration.

I love how he's singing daylight but the setting is in rooms with artificial lights on but what makes me amaze and make me love this more is that even with that it captures the beauty and the feels of the song it all feels like daylight.
