Instead of a bridge just a simple footpath crossing? Otherwise I agree with CookieAvations it does look great.

Sudbury I'm guessing is going to be a major city, In time lots of industrial/business parks will shoot up around it (remember your still in 1908)

Probably the best idea, yes. Can lower the ground to make the footpath easier to build.
I just hope the Timetables do not crash my game... again. Sudbury should be some sort of major city yes. If the game decides it wants to be.
