Next please try the armor penetration items I still confused how to use it
Generally, I use armor pen when up against heroes who builds more than 2 def items. There are also staple items for physical heroes that have armor pen like Double Daggers and Stormbreaker (for fighters)
The cap looks like feeder. Feeders usually does things like these

Man can you explain the passive of dual katana, does it removes stun or prioritizes sleep and knockups?
Its slightly helps in armor penetration and helps any of the crowd control 1 time at every 60 seconds
I bought it mainly for the 1 cc negates. It triggers on any cc but not on minor cc like a knockback. The added mvspeed also works wonder for survivability
