Dr nassif is okay with noses but def not the best....i know an amazing surgeon that could have made #4's nose even straighter and nostrils more symmetrical while fixing septum
@ayayoussri3151 Dr Richard Reish in New York. Now of course there is always a chance that a surgeon perform mediocre or bad work on a person but overall his rating for satisfied patients is high.
I dunno, I know it’s hard to make them look perfect, especially after previous surgeries, but most of these revision nose jobs I see this guy do are too wide. Their profiles usually look amazing though, but from straight on they always end up so much wider than they were before. Looks a little odd. But I guess when compared to what they had previously, it’s still an overall improvement

It’s because they are adding cartilage. A bigger wider nose looks best on a face rather than a thin nose.
I noticed that as well. Noses are swollen for about a year after surgery though, so maybe the actual final results don’t look as wide.
