■Story
------------
Clarice, a speed-mad girl from California, is running around the world on highways and causing a stir in every country! !
What about the police cars chasing me? I hit it with oil, it spins, and it hits me and sends it flying. A crazy panic car chase between Clarice's car and a police car set in the beautiful backgrounds of 6 countries! !
■Scene development
------------
Clarice Car will conquer the highways of six countries around the world in the following order: America, England, France, Germany, India, and Japan, accompanied by police cars. The pattern is cleared when Clarice and her car pass all the highways.
There are 16 highway patterns in total.
Also, if you collect three mysterious balloons that appear from time to time, you will be warped to a different country and head for a new highway.

●Clarice Car
A 4WD mid-engine super machine equipped with a V8 7-liter twin-turbo engine.
Equipped with a jump function, you can jump on the highway in one go! Clarice's favorite car can also splash oil on a police car, causing it to spin and then ramming it into the air.
(One unit will be added for 30,000 points and 100,000 points)
●Police cars from each country (400 points ~??? points)
The persistent guys who keep chasing Clarice. Clarice: If the mileage of her car increases, she will chase you at breakneck speed, so be careful! !
●Oil can (100 points)
An oil can that somehow falls on the highway. You can take this thing and throw it at a police car to make it spin.

●Mysterious balloon (1000 points)
Unidentified balloons that appear from time to time, if you collect 3, you can warp and fly to another country! !

●Ojama cat
For some reason, he is standing on the highway holding a checkered flag. If you hit the Ojama cat, it will kill you, so try to dodge it!
Oil cans do not work on ojama cats, so be careful! !
●Bamboo shoots
On the highway, gnokinyoki grows.
If you come into contact with it, you will be killed! !
●Highway (100 points for every 10km)
The color will be colored as the Clarice car passes by, and the pattern will be cleared when the entire highway is colored.

○Let's practice your aerial maneuvering techniques to cover the edge of the highway without falling down!
○ You can't jump while doing a wheelie, so defeat the enemy with oil!
○Let's collect as much oil as possible. I'll see you in the second half!
○In the latter half of the stage, it will be difficult to move to the upper stage! ! It's worth making a map and researching it.
○If you stay in the same place for a long time, things will get in your way more and more. Don't stay in the same place too often!

カリフォルニア生まれのスピード狂少女クラリスが、世界中のハイウェイを走りまわって各国はもう大騒ぎ！！
追いかけまくるパトカーたちも何のその。オイルをぶつけてスピンさせ体当りではね飛ばしちゃう。６ヶ国の美しい背景を舞台にくり広げられるクラリス カーとパトカーのハチャメチャパニックカーチェイス！！
■シーン展開
------------
クラリス カーはパトカーをしりめにアメリカ・イギリス・フランス・ドイツ・インド・日本の順に世界６ヵ国のハイウェイを制覇していきます。パターンはクラリス カーが全てのハイウェイを通過するとクリアーとなります。
ハイウェイパターンは全部で１６パターンあります。
また時々現れる謎の風船を３コ取ると違う国へとワープし、新たなるハイウェイをめざして進みます。

●クラリス カー
Ｖ８ ７リッターツインターボエンジンを搭載した４ＷＤＳミッドシップのスーパーマシン。
ジャンプ機能をそなえ、ハイウェイなんかひとっ飛び！ パトカーにオイルをぶつけてスピンさせ体当りではね飛ばすこともできるクラリスの愛車。
（３００００点と１０００００点で１台追加されます）
●各国パトカー（４００点～？？？点）
クラリスを追いかけまくるしつこいやつら。クラリス カーの走行距離がふえるとまちぶせして猛スピードで追ってくるので要注意！！
●オイル缶（１００点）
ハイウェイの上になぜか落ちているオイル缶。こいつをとってパトカーに投げつけるとスピンさせることができる。
[１パターンクリアーごとにボーナスポイント] １００点×オイルの残り数＝？？？点
●謎の風船（１０００点）
ときどき出てくる正体不明の風船、３コ集めるとワープして他の国までひとっ飛び！！

●オジャマ猫
ハイウェイ上になぜかチェッカーフラッグを持って立っている。オジャマ猫をひくとやられてしまうのでうまくかわそう！
オジャマ猫はオイル缶が効かないので要注意！！
●タケノコ
ハイウェイ上に、ニョキニョキはえてくる。
接触するとやられてしまう！！
●ハイウェイ（１０kmごとに１００点）
クラリス カーが通ると色がぬられていく、ハイウェイを全部ぬりつぶすとパターンクリア。
■テクニック
------------
○下に落ちないでハイウェイの端をぬりつぶす、空中での操作テクニックをみがこう！
○ウィリーしている間はジャンプできないのでオイルで敵を倒す！
○オイルはできるだけ集めておこう。後半いたいめにあうぞ！
○後半のステージではなかなか上の段へ移りにくくなるぞ！！マップを作って研究してみる価値アリ。
○長時間同じところにいるとジャマモノがふえてくるんだ。あまり同じところにはいないように！
○ゲーム中にはたくさんの隠れテクニックや隠れキャラが入っている。君はいくつ発見できるかな？！

更新されて嬉しいです。
シティコネクションの画面の構成が、忍者じゃじゃ丸くんとほぼほぼ同じで、ジャレコの画面やなぁと感じます。
音楽も似てる。

🏎V8、7Lのモンスターマシンだったなんて知らなかった🙀
ちょっと気に成って覗いた違うゲームプレイ動画配信チャンネル（だったっけか？）で、最近に成って（？）ＰＣエンジン用・・・じゃ無くてメガドライブ用だったかな？ソフトでアーケード版移植の『シティーコネクション』だ出たって言って其のプレイとファミコン版との違いを紹介してたけど、正直プレイの方は、まぁ、はぁ・・・、って感じで、やっぱりプレイ動画観るなら、此処みたいに最期迄ノーミスでクリア（周回２回目）だよな！って改めて思ったよ。
でもね、ＦＣ版も良いけどアッチの方で紹介してたアーケード版移植ソフトは全１２面も有って正直ＦＣ版より絵も綺麗で魅力的なのは間違いないのだ！
コレは益々、『レトロフリーク』の購入を真剣に考えなくては・・・っ（汗）。
って言うか、勿論当然各ソフト有料ダウンロードで良いから、レトロゲームを正式にＰＣでプレイ出来る環境を各ソフト会社協力の下で整えてくれないかなぁ～？
何でそうしてくれない・・・いや、そうしないんだろかとつくづく不思議に思うよホント。
昔のが（も）また売れて、儲かるんじゃないの？って思うのは、素人考えなのか？
