here are three lessons that I’ve learned from my beginner dance classes 🕺🏽:
• mistakes are part of the learning process - embrace them, learn from them, and keep going 🌱
• others don’t notice you as much as you might think, so simply enjoy the moment and have fun 👯‍♀️
• your body doesn’t always move as effortlessly as it seems in some ppls tiktoks (a very humbling experience) 🥹
take this as your sign to get comfortable with being uncomfortable ~
