Shortcrust pastry:

100g of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tbsp cream 18%
200g of butter
Curd:
7 yolks
11 proteins
200g of sugar
20g of vanilla sugar
200g of butter
1 pudding
1 kg of ground cheese
Bake 50 minutes (max 1h) at a temperature of necessarily 160 degrees with hot air.
