Kid is a straight G. Nyjah is a G for recognizing his impact and giving back. I’m happy being older that people in those sports are able to make big money like other sports, they deserve it for going all out in something with no guarantee.

Skate board kids are some of the toughest kids out there. They take the hits and keep getting back up and doing it again. That's truly a metaphor for life, life is going to knock you down. But if you can look up, never stay down. Always get up, and hit life harder than it hit you. Mad respect to the little man.
Besides hits like that last one, as long as you understand how to land and manage your speed, it's usually not that painful. I skated all throughout 5th-11th grades and never got seriously injured.

Have you tried to find a board less than 8 lately? Earley 2000s I skated a 7.5... when I went to get a new setup after a 15 year break... it was all 8 and up lol. It's not crazy if it's all he knows.

The skate equivalent to "You know what you should have done?". Why didn't he correct his stance after the first attempt? The kid was probably pushing himself too hard because those guys were watching, he would have taken the advice on board straight away.
Glad he’s wearing a helmet. I fell skateboarding and hit my head doing a pop shuv it to 50-50 grind on a a box like a foot high and half high. Landed right on my head and made my brain bleed and move half way over. I stopped skateboarding after that. Ruined my life. So glad he’s being safe
