Our factory staff stack export only product on a slipsheet, sitting on a pallet. When we go to load the container, the pallets are pulled out to the container using a standard forklift and then loaded using the slipsheeter. This allows for approx 2x extra units high to be stacked and saves a huge amount of time with hand stacking.

I don't really see a point in this. Sure it may reduce a bit of height from the pallets, but you're giving up the stability provided from the pallet. Also, if you make trucks shorter, you'd also need shorter forklifts, which just creates unnecessary expenses.

Palletless? More like pointless. If a delivery of paper came to my work place I'd turn it away, absolutely useless to the a lot of companies. Only if you have the appropriate forklift is it any good.
Seems dumb. Industry standard is pallets. Everyone has fork trucks, pallet jacks, etc. Unless everyone adopts this I don't see the benefit. Labor is the number one cost to business in ther shipping industry. This requires more labor than ther pallet system so I doubt it saves money or time. Also retaining an entire workforce isn't gonna be cheap. Dumb
cthunter41 No, this is not dumb. In fact, it is one of a preferable material handling method in the logistics industry. Of cause, this is assuming both ends have the proper equipment to handle it. Think about this. A typical wooden pallet can weight as much as 50 lbs, a full trailer load of 30 skids, the total dead weight will be 1500 lbs. By using slip-sheets, these 1500 lbs of dead weight will become payload.

Amazing work
Will mean an investment by all in their forklifts, cannot see that happening if only dealing in low volumes here.
As long as all we ever need is a pallet of water
To much weight doubled stack if nose to front of truck
price
More special equipment and more work to be done ye this is doomed to fail
I hate slip trucks. And to unload your dont unstack by hand by what a few people in here say. We use a slip truck to take them off trailer. Then we slip them onto a pallet it would take all day to hand stack where as a slip truck takes about a hour. I work for liquor division and like i said i hate the slip but it does save on time big time. But all lift drivers love when trucks have product on pallets

The Rub Marks On The Head Board Of The Truck , ( Horizontal Lines ) Shows How Pallets Walk Forward And Rub On The Head Board During Transportation , And Breaking .
Hint Place A Four By Two Across The Deck ( Left To Right ) To Avoid This .
2:02 That Drop .
-Not recommended to Rough surfaces
-You need a special attachment to the forklift (push/pull
// it can be plug in - plug out in 3 min. on standard forks
-Cost of a new equipment depends on dimensions and weight
-Cost of a slipsheet compare to a pallet is about 3 to 5 time less expensive
-You avoid manual loading/unloading operations and speed the process FCL 40' in less than an hour with 1 driver

Yes , It Is An Excellent Piece Of Handling Equipment .
It Has Excellent Reasons For Use .
I Have Seen Fonterra ( Milk Products ) Similar Machine Method ( Flat Tray )
I Have Used A Floating Table To Turn , Place And Lower On To The Stack .
( Twenty Five / Thirty Lbs Bags ) Air Is Injected Through Pin Holes In The Table To Make The Heavy Bagged Products " Float " So That They Can Be Spun , Aligned And Stacked When Table Is Removed . ( Fernz )

Not a viable product. I don't see any benefit to this from a standard pallet.
ага, внедрив эту технологию палетов - придётся всем такие погрузчики прикупить...
☑ Awesome!!
that's all good but let's say a customer oder same amount product but all they is pallet jack then what.
Dear Doug, it is correct, you need a forklift and an attatchment !Pallet less concept is mainly dedicated to large volume flow ... in this case customers and.or logistic plateforms are equiped with forklift and the push pull attatchement is not a big investment.
wont work trust me
im the master slipper .. been doing this shit for over ten years .. plastic slips are better when used with a cardboard slip together theyre pretty hard to rip .. almost anything can be slipped .. love that attachment ..
Are you guys able to use this for 5 gallon bucket? I'm currently looking at purchasing this attachment for my warehouse but I'm still trying to figure out versatility.
Rob Diesel
Useless unless you have the same equipment at delivery point
Today on shark tank everyone laughs pallet less design and tell them to quit wasting their money and time.
Palletless? More like pointless.
If a delivery of paper came to my work place I'd turn it away, absolutely useless to the a lot of companies. Only if you have the appropriate forklift is it any good.
I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem on E level. lol
I like the push pull attachment for the motor. But stupid, terrible idea!
This is really good i really learn this..keep it up on posting
Many customers / businesses don't want to bother with pallets so they notify the shipper to use slip sheets only.
In a warehouse environment where "stacking" is essential your better off just using pallets. LLOP'S can pick up 2 pallets at a time but not these.....😏
half of trailer loaded almost to top and it weights about 24 Tone... so stupid
Slip sheet will be replacing the wooden pallets in future. These slip sheets pallets are also creating more space than the other pallets.
You couldn’t trust half the dopey forklift operators to operate this type of attachment with complete confidence
And when it arrives to the customer LOL!
When it arrives they unload it with a push n pull...lol? Companies offer to ship on pallets or slipsheets
This will never work
To all the negative comments - none of you seem to have worked a day in warehousing.
How about 4 years?
novice :D
Joe, you receive freight on slip sheets?
katomun We used to. We got 1 truckload with that push/pull sheet and we cut off our client until they used pallets lmfao.
Hugh G Wrection who?
Slides sheet =placas deslisantes
Lolol this is not new.. We use theses kind of forklift since at least 20 years at my shop.. We uses this to unload motors from containers..
