Lewa's Wildlife Whisperers - Rhino Monitor

Besides the rangers, these are the wildlife experts who get up close and personal with wildlife. Every day, they ride out of Lewa HQ and spend the day trekking in the bush; collecting data on population, health, rangeland and basic wildlife co-existence with all the elements of the ecosystem.
Their work enables the research and monitoring department to analyse key thematic areas that inform intervention and management approaches.
On this series, our first whisperer is Kenneth Onzere, a monitor who spends his day immersed in the going-ons of Lewa's flagship species - the rhino. Ken's most amazing whisperer-trait is how he can easily identify (by name and age and history) each of Lewa-Borana 214 rhino's just by sight.
