One great thing about riddles is the flexibility of the answers. As a rule, the answer is simple and commonsensical. Did you know that children are usually better at solving riddles than adults? Children are linear thinkers and are usually devoid of "mental clutter" -- or what adults call sophistication.

Most of your question have multiole answers as possibilities and that's indeed great choosing such type of questions as that can make us think more and more as the possibilities are wide. What is half of 2 plus 2? BODMAS Multiplication and division first, 2/2=1 + 2= 3 NOT 4

It's a trick question, as it required a comma somewhere.
"What is half of 2, plus 2"? was what the question was going for. It could have easily have been 2 too... as that's "half of, two plus two."
Some of these I heard before... others there were more than 1 correct answer. I just want to know the answer to the thumbnail question. :/
Also, riddle 4 has messed up grammar. That's why I struggled to figure out what it was asking.
When I read the question I thought of (2+2)/2. Actions in brackets come first. 4/2 is 2. Really, fhis sentence needs a coma.
When it's "half of two plus two", it is very easy to think of (2+2)/2. When it's "half of two, plus two", it's obviously 2/2+2.
I know, I'm not the right person to talk about comas in English, as I (Russian) have no idea what the hell punctuation in English language is, but... isn't it the first sense of comas; to divide the thought into pieces so it can be more understandable?

The "riddle" was meant to be spoken aloud, so commas were never apparent... but, yes... question is bad.

I didn't understand that how's the answer for riddle no 6's 3
Just in written text this rifle is not very clear: Half of -- two plus two, or half of two -- plus two.
As a math one liner the riddle would be 2 + 2 : 2
A tree goes up but never comes down and also water bubbles we can break them without touching. My score is just 40% out of 100%. Really interesting.
Tell that to a lumberjack. Trees come down all the time!
