It's truly heartbreaking to witness how attending a charter school, where she excelled with straight As, resulted in her being pushed back into a public school system where she struggled and saw her grades decline. Here we have a remarkable young woman whose potential was hindered rather than nurtured by her environment. I suspect that her bladder issues may be linked to the emotional trauma she experienced.
