I’m legitimately convinced that you haven’t seen this show because you didn’t count property damage, assaults, thefts, grand theft auto... You get it. There’s WAY more than 10, because I’ve seen this show.

Yeah. Mr. Smalls left open candles burning in close proximity to fire hazards, and his slumber caused him to knock it over and cause the fire. If anything, Mr. Smalls would be charged with gross negligence (if not arson).
Darwin made Gumball go into Mr. Small's office to go get the phone because Darwin became addicted.

But you also have to understand that its like literally impossible for anyone or anything to die in gumball they always come back to life, so if you killed someone and they came back to life liken it was nothing and that person didnt care, then it wouldn't be very serious at all, also they break the law all the time, their own donut officer doesn't even care about he breaks it himself

Gumball wouldn't get in trouble for the fire alarm. That was mainly the fault of faulty wiring. That's like saying I should be fined or go to jail for that time I cooked something in the oven and the fire alarm went off.

I'm sure the writers were banking on kids interpreting that as literal bath salts but Mr. Small's behaviour makes it clear that it's actually the drug they put in the water supply. That's pretty risqué for a kids' show and I'm surprised they put it in there.
When you brought up "Underage Driving," I was thinking about that episode with the testosterone supplements.
Actually, she's allergic to blue dye. Or more accurately the generic chemicals that are part of every consumable in Elmore that makes it blue. That's why Penny gets an allergic reaction when eating a blue berry cupcake, blue medicine, and blue berry ice cream.

America must be really really strict. The laws for children here in Australia are waaaay different an considering Gumball is what, 12? A lot of these charges would either be toned down or his parents fined for negligence here or sent to a detention centre.
Also, with the fire alarm thing, that would come down to faulty wiring as a paper clip hitting a powerboad should not cause it to let off a spark with enough smoke to cause the fire alarms to go off, especially not in a school.
Gumball is supposed to be 12, but possibly 13 or even 14 in the newer episodes since his test paper in The Grades shows that he's in the 2nd semester of Grade 8.

Arson, technically the counselor knocked over the candles which caught the drapes on fire. Gumball was the one who tried to put out the fire so it was the counselor who would be charged of arson, not Gumball.
