The difference from Jessica and Tiffany speaking English is that when Jessica speaks it more of polite and thoroughly thought before she talks. And Tiffany has the burst of energy is her so when she talk it seems like she is all over the place. They both speak excellent english.

jessica has a bit of an accent in her english... i think it has something to do with going to korea younger than tiffany? because when fany speaks she sounds 100%, but sica has a bit of trouble? you can forget a language/have trouble with it if you don't use it enough. but sica doesn't really like speaking anyways, i'm sure it's not her fault.
I think jessica has the Character which none can have (except u learn it first), even if she is half-american but she can speak billingual and its good. She speaks japanese and chinese (basic) too. Its great anyway

I believe her passive understanding of English was a lot better than her speaking, so while she might’ve grasped the general meaning of what Jess and Tiff were saying, she couldn’t yet respond as well hence the awkward presence
