I used to work at Subaru and I do remember it would be common to get dried/hardened tubes or if you didn’t seal the opening of the tube right after using it it would harden everything. I will say, though I was able to glue an oil pan to a wall and hang off of it using FujiBond that stuff is serious when it comes to sticking on if you prep correctly!
@@lothegreat1788 I personally haven’t used it for that because most water pumps nowadays have a gasket, but I believe it should work as long as the area is stick on is cleaned and prepped and dried
@@TheEnthusiastMechanic I’ve seen a few videos of people who have but also know they make a gasket specifically for it. The wait time is 24 hours and inconvenient so I was curious if you had any experience using the quicker versions on either
Used to use Ultra Black RTV. Changed it up, have had no issues with it..
Very good. Very believable, and love that you do not play music. Good job!
I try and make straight to the point videos no gimmicks
Good advise. I worked at Subaru 14 years. Used Fujibond a lot and had a ton of dried up tubes.

I have a small engine repair shop. I’ve used every gasket maker you can get. The Right Stuff black is the only one I use now.
I went through a similar thing I tested so many of them to come to find this and stick with it.
What about for water pump and thermostat?
