Thanks man! Those berms are amazing for sure. We're seeing more of that and rock faced jumps with the builders here lately in places, and it's great when it's dry...not so much when it's wet. But it's mostly on trails that shouldn't be ridden when they're wet anyway.
@@jdavis417 ....Thanks John. Believe it or not...that helped a lot. I kept hearing people say you HAVE to upload in 4K, but there's no choice for uploading to UA-cam. He mentioned RENDERING it in 4K, which finally makes sense. I'll see if that helps. but I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. I did it in 2.7K 30fps, with 60K bitrate. That seemed to help a ton. I'm going to give 4K a shot next time, just to see how it does. The stability with the chin bar...is MUCH better than with a chesty for the Hero 7 black. I'm not sure of the dynamic there, but I don't get the jittery video. I'm hoping the update will help with low light, and admittedly...I haven't tried it in full canopy yet. But...it did seem to do fine in low light, so we'll see. I will go to whatever lengths necessary to never use a gimbal again. I despise those things....
@@jdavis417 .... Award? We have less subscribers than 13 year olds who stage lego scenes! I'm just thrilled when I run into someone who says, "Yeah, we watched videos of the local trails on UA-cam on a "Willbros" channel, and that helped us with where to ride." That's award enough for me, and what this was intended to accomplish in the outset. Thanks again for the help, and take care!
Thanks for the kind words, and yes...we have a LOT of fun flow trails now, and you'll see some more in the coming days! On my editing software, Powerdirector 15, when the video is ready to be rendered, you "produce" the movie. I had to go in and customize the settings to increase the bit rate to 60,000. I also "produced" it in a higher resolution that matched that footage....2.7K. I think it would potentially look even better in 4K, but my computer just chokes when i'm working with 4K footage, so it's not really an option. I need to upgrade my computer, but man...I HATE all the hassle that goes with that, so I've been putting it off. My latest plan is to film in 1080p 60fps, then produce in 4K with the 60,000 bitrate, and see how that looks. It will take forever with my horrible Uverse upload speed, but even if it takes half the night...it should look better. I plan to edit a video of some new trails in the next few days, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks. It's still a work in progress with the Hero 7 to get it dialed.
That's a new section that was re-worked, and part of it is new. It's an extension of "Angus Chute." The part we're riding starts at NW A St., and we rode it to where it ends and joins "Urban Trail." It's just one of many little additions that have popped up with recent "re-works" of our trails, and there are many more like that either under construction, or in the planning stages.
Picture quality looks excellent! Excellent riding too
Thanks for the feedback, and positive comment Will. Shred on my friend!
The rock work on those berms are just beauty. Trail is sick. Great f'n rip. That was awesome.

Have you seen Clint Gibbs recent posts about his GoPro experiences?
Thanks for posting!
No. Is it a UA-cam channel? Do you have a link? Thanks!

When they hand you the award and you say how you'd, "like to thank the little people", I'll be telling everyone that you meant me!!! ;)

Awesome trail! Super flowy and fun. What did you do to get the video so clear? Higher bit rate on the upload?

@@willbros1499 Thanks for the explanation. I film in 2k and render at 50,000. Maybe I'll up it to 60,000 and see what happens.
What was that last trail with the rock lips?
