Did you apply for a US visa? If yes, I’m sure they’ll send you an email or call you to come and pick it up when it’s ready unless you paid for delivery and gave your address so they can deliver it to you.
They started sending the BRP to your email after September 30 th so u ll receive that email first then TLS will send you a mail to come for your passport
