In some cases secure folder will show your account has been changed so in that case logout from Samsung account and also from all Google accounts.. the next step is to open secure folder now this time secure folder will show sign in option in secure folder.. third step is to login with register account...hope you will get urs secure folder back

So if i broke my old phone, i cant get back into my samsung account, after all the money i spent.

I cant even select my account before it asks for the two factor authentication code....as soon as i select,it asks for account name, then password and finally authentication code
I dont have the sim card because i lost the phone and was from another country. I dont have acces to the Imai o back up codes or the sms ... how can i do? Plesse i want my Samsung account back :-(

If you having problem with 2 step verification and you don't have the old number were it sends code simply just put on the option make new account use new email and use a number of another phone and it will send you code there and just put it in and problem solved enjoy Aldo nothing erases from pics music apps nothing your welcome
So If I cannot login my samsung account just make a new one and go back to my old account and put in a new phone number to receive verification? I'm a little confused sorry 😢 I really need my data and msgs back

can somebody please help me I've been stuck with the same problem for months and this video isnt helpful to my problem at all,when I press the samsung account profile it directs me to verification which for some reason has some random number on it and its sending them the code

@@hibazeinI factory reset my phone without knowing two step verification was and now it wants the Sim I lost 2yrs ago and now can't access on my phone anymore I tried even contacting support they said u need the phone I had 8yrs ago to remove two step bcs this actual one wasn't saved as trusted phone to access on acc so any solution?
