Omg so I just finished this cardigan. Did it in white Caboo. It is by far my best cardigan ever!!! I love it!!! Thank you for offering the pattern for free. It was written perfectly as I’m one who struggles reading written patterns. The pictures and video helped a lot!!!! Thank you again for a beautiful pattern.
I am trying to find someone that does a whole cardigan with sleeves etc. I don't care how long it takes - break it up into separate videos. I want to learn how to make cardig a.c ns, pullover sweaters etc, but my grandmother passed before she could teach me that. While this video wss helpful I feel I need more. I would pay for this instruction, but don't know where to find this type of instruction. I live in south Florida - thank you for this video
yes i dont understand why you skip...and say now i think you understand the patteren....no....cant you show how you do a litle longer....i dont read patterens....i can see many have problems to follow..i do to...
@@lakesideloops4327 I happen to have 9 balls of Coboo that I ordered recently. Sitting on my shelf!!! Looks like I will have another WIP! I am also curious how this would look with a dk weight merino/acrylic blend yarn for fall/winter. 🤔😍😍😍
I’m having trouble with M/L front panel. It says chain 43 but I end up with only 3 final double crochet.m instead of 7. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong? Should it be 37 chains?
Thank you for sharing this pattern! Love it! Could you release a free pattern for your seersucker knitting like pattern. I think it’s called the Emerson. I have been trying to find a seersucker conversion to crochet. Yours is the closest thing to the seersucker knitting stitch. You are such a good teacher, but I still have problems with reading a pattern.
Hi! I would suggest you do a sample size that shows the repeat pattern. I was having trouble with the way the pattern was worded in the repeat . The 7+ 1 stitch was a bit confusing.
There's a problem with xl/xxl size pattern. There no space between front panels after it finished. Correct chain number must be 47 at front part. I realised this after finished. I don't know how to correct this. I'm gonna cry
Hello, Iam having trouble on test swatch. I use 19 DC stitches and do 8 rows. I end up with 4 inches tall, but 5 inches wide. The chain is 4 inches long but when I do the DC into it it stretches it out. I have used a 4, 4.5, and 3.75 hook with Dk yarn. Please help I am trying to do sm/xs size.
Same question here... I m making a size M and according to pattern I should have 101 stitches in row 2....but i end up with 3 DC of the 7DC... Is this how it is supposed to be?
I am confused between the 3 stitches into single stich in row 2, but row 9 has a correction to use 2, is that only for that 1 row or am I reading the correction wrong, ty
Looking at the pattern and row 2 doesn’t make sense , you say repeat from * but that would mean 4 dc in the 4 stitches which you don’t have it brings you to the chain space ??
So I’m having issues with the M/L size. It states to chain 103. Which I have multiple times and at the end of row one I have 3 DC instead of 7. Has anyone had this issue? Is this how it’s supposed to be??
Just worked out that the number of stitches for medium is correct, but 13 dc stitches should be worked in row one where the pattern states 7. Badly written pattern 🙄
Has anyone attempted to shorten the length to this? I think by glancing at the pattern I can omit a few rows but just reaching out to see if anyone has? 😉🤞🤞😁
well I am 18 inches from shoulder to shoulder and I make my vests 17 inches high so I just make me a starting foundation chain that is 18 inches my size is a small to medium Im petite
I think there is a mistake in the pattern. U say in 1st row to chain 3 skip 3, but in your pattern it's chain 3 skip 4, am I right? If so the repeat should be 22+1?
Hi... I seen this pattern and fell in love with it... My only question is does it matter which side you use as the front side.. Or is it even number number row is the right side and odd number row the wrong side or visa versa... I'm eager to complete this cardigan and look forward to any reply to help thank you
Great cardigan design, but badly written pattern. I’ve managed to work it out correctly, but I’m a fairly experienced crocheter. Definitely not suited to beginners and the video is lacking.
You could have been thorough on the video. Not everyone can read patterns. If the pattern is free you had nothing to lose by going through the entire process.
Completed this sweater yesterday! Turned out beautifully! I used Etrofil yarn. Thank you for such a nice pattern!

Just purchased from Lion Brand website. Anxious for the yarn to arrive and very happy to see a related video. Thank you!
Very BEAUTIFUL!
Beautiful 😍
Is there a way to make it short sleeved? It’s so beautiful!!!
thank you 🙂
That's look amazing ... Could u please tell me how many gram did u use it?...

It looks a lovely pattern but can I use 100g Acrylic ?

If you read the written Pattern on the xl/xxl large size there should be NO gap it’s under the seaming section for the shoulders
I just finished the small. Having no gap for the neck space feels uncomfortable. I'm hoping a trim will help 😫
Love it beautiful

I did the 143 it ended in the 3ch skip 3 DC ch3 skip 3 instead of the 7 DC like your sample did.
Is this how it's supposed to be or should it end in the 7dc
Same question here... I m making a size M and according to pattern I should have 101 stitches in row 2....but i end up with 3 DC of the 7DC... Is this how it is supposed to be?
@@juhiarchie same here. I’m just doing it now and think there are some mistakes in the pattern
Love it! How many gram of yarn do you use??
No matter what I do I’m left with extra chains at the end and I’m so frustrated. Help please!!
I’m having the exact same issue!! Did you figure it out yet?

Same issue I'm having.
@@lyliscrochetcreations I ended up doing 107 chains. And that solved the issue.
Yes, the chain number is wrong. I'm also having issues with the written for row 2
Yes.. Does 107 chain help?

Das habe ich auch gerade gesehen. Die Chart ist nicht correct
Ooooommmggggg❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
How many dc stitches go into the chain spaces?
Some of the written pattern is not making sense to me. How do I contact you

Bonjour c'est magnifique mais dommage y'a pas la traduction française
This pattern makes no sense... I spent 2 days trying to figure out how to make it but it is completely flawed.... Please upload the correct pattern
I keep coming up short 3 stitches!!!! At the end of the row I can only crochet 4 dc. I’ve done it so many times!!!
Lindooo
Porque no hay titulos en castellano. Gracias.
Beautiful sweater. But not good if you can’t read a pattern. So not beginner friendly.
Titulos en castellano por favor!!!
