I totally understand . Same situation we had . The tenents left our apt so filthy . The bathrooms were a mess .

Isn't there any rule about renting in lndia here in Australia you have to clean the rented house when you vacate it and you have to pay one advanced payment if you damage anything in the house the real estate handles it all
