My sixth attempt at finding my first winning shopify dropshipping product. Now im closer than ever. Dropshipping still works in 2022. I used skills I learnt from The ECOM KING'S 9 hour Dropshipping Course, and videos from guys like Biaheza, Jordan Welch, Dan Vas, Tanner Planes.

Premiere pro. You can use TikTok but I wanted a specific effect so I finished the edit in premiere

Dude, I'll give you some free tips on how you're doing all your targeting wrong. Yes, broad targeting can give you great and cheap results, but ONLY if you have a big enough budget for the algorhitm to learn. I'll give a Facebook ads example as I'm kind of knowledgable there.
First, broad targeting makes it harder for the software to find you the people that might be insterested in your product. Imagine you have broad targeting in the US and it's like tens (if not hundreds) of millions of people. And you pay $50 to Facebook to look for your ideal customers among them. Do you think this is realistic? If you have low budget, try limiting your audience. If your CPM is $20 and your budget is $50, you have like 2,500 views of your ads. Do you really think that it's enough for the algorhitm to cover 10M+ of people and find the right audience? Help the algorithm a bit, give it a hint of who your target audience is (through interests and behavoir, at the very least).
Second, your WEEKLY budget has to be ~50 times your conversion cost, as Facebook tells us it needs ~50 conversions to train the algorithm before it understands your target audience and will be able to locate this type of people in the "crowd". Of course, this is not a rock solid rule and if you are satisfied with your CPA without proper algorhitm learning, it's fine.
What I'm trying to tell you is there's a lot more to the Facebook ads as I'm sure there is to the Tik Tok ads. Don't listen to the shitty bloggers on the UA-cam who say "paid ads are simple, just run 20 broad targeting campaigns with $3 daily budget and then analyse the results", this is NOT how paid advertisement works.

@@Copoker_504 yea :) Once you change the audience, the ad set resets its learning phase. Open your inspector to see - with this strategy you won't let the optimized ads work. Instead of following strategies you don't understand, learn how Facebook works and don't trust some internet guys voodoo shit
Also, running ads for 30 to 60 days is stupid. You should do your analysis and then decide if you need to change something. Also, analyze your audience fatigue.
Simply put, a no-brainer strategy does not exist. Just learn how the algorithm works, analyze and you will get results

Ill give you an Ad tip,
to prioritise your ads properly make sure you focus and prioritise your metrics properly
you need to focus on metrics that are further down the funnel
for example if you got CPC and CTR, you prioritise CTR
if you got CPC, CTR and atc you prioritise ATC
of course if you get to a consistent sales stage then you should improve your atc rate, ctr, cpc as well
prioritise LLA audiences

From my experience and success, your issue is Facebook Ads, the skincare product can be an absolute winner, however you are not using the power 5 in Facebook correctly. I advise you to follow the social Savannah and watch a few of her videos, real knowledge will not come from dropshipping gurus but from ECommerce brands “gurus” or media buyers.
When I begin testing a campaign I always start with 300 USD per day to a general audience ( Not one interest ) and let it run for 4 days, on the fourth day you will loose a lot o money but will find which creative is work, you shit down the other ones and continue with this one, it will recoup the Investement quick.
It’s absolutely impossible to let Facebook optimize with 20 USD per adset for 3 days, you are just wasting your money doing that. That’s what you are doing wrong.. with a high budget CPMs will go down alongside CPC and Facebook will learn from your ATCs and PURCHASES. Do that instead, trust me.

In all honesty, if you’re getting clicks and add to cart, coul the price just be a little high for the perceived value as the item is so small? Perhaps 19.99 would look more appealing ? You won’t make much but at least you can gauge if the advertising is working
