My favorite on the topic of breaking 4th wall is in MGS4 in Shadow Moses.
At the exact location where in MGS we need to switched to Disc 2, in MGS4 Otacon suddenly call your codec.
He told you that "It's time to change disc" before he realized that "We're using Bluray disc now" so no need to switch disc and how "Technology has advanced"

I remember a good one for breaking the fourth wall; in MGS while you're being held prisoner after suffering from torture Dr. Naomi contacts you and tells the player to put the controller on their arm saying that she will provide therapy. She then makes the control vibrate gently a number of times and asks if it feels good.

It was almost as scary as in the first one when those soldiers with stealth camo are in the elevator with you, and Otacons face goes big in the codec.

MGS2 is not my fav' MGS but what I like in that episode it's like 15 years later the story are some kind of plausible I mean about control of information, internet and all. At some point I feel like they saw the future ( even if the game have a ton of silly moments too XD )

Like the guy above me said, Tactical Espionage Expert is most likely a reference to MGS. While not directly related to MGS, the Ojamas were named after Kojima himself. No matter how hard they try to scrub his name away, he will always have made his mark.

+Ossi Muurinen While I think the PS1 version is probably a lot better, there is actually an old PC release for MGS1 (the textures are weird for characters in the PC version from what I can tell).
The PC version is a real pain to get running on modern hardware. It's not worth the hassle. If you want the extra graphical fidelity that the PC version offers, you can just emulate it and turn on a few graphical upgrades from the emulation menu.

This is why I love LEMMINO. I know nothing about metal gear solid and I was able understand all of these facts. It's one of the reasons that I'm subbed to him. He does it all without making Cringy jokes or having a Cringy voice. He makes quality over quantity. Keep going man. You are going places.
My favorite one so far this is my all-time favorite video game
The End was definatly a masterpiece. You could kill him after the meeting between Volgin,The Boss,Sokolov,Shalashaska and himself. Having a moment to use a sniper rifle before he was wheeled inside the compound. This was considered a cowardly move though as you were knocked out by one of his chair wheels flying right at you. In the actual battle there were more ways to conclude the battle then any other fight. You did not have to actually wait a week to get that result though. Simply forward the system date a week and you got it as well. And alot of rotten food in your inventory. You could even piss him off by killing his parrot..capturing it went pretty much unpunished keeping it alive. Uch i remember waiting to long looking around where he was at he actually sneaked up behind me knocking me out..dragging me off. For the Moss Camo you actually had to aim your pistol at him to have him shake loose the camo to pick up. The Mosin Nagant sniper rifle only obtainable if you got the Sleep Dart knock out ending. I so enjoyed that fight as it was by far the best sniper endurance battle in any Metal Gear Game. Sniper Wolf was good but way to straightforward. Quiet from 5 is definatly a cheap knock off from his abilities.

Another way to kill The End is if you’re able to shoot him while he’s being moved in a wheelchair in an earlier portion of the game. Gotta be quick though.

Did this the first playthrough with the sniper rifle, then got hit from behind. That part of the game was so God damn cool. Fighting the End is so much fun but.

Yes there is a cutscene at the dock with him in a wheelchair and you can snipe him in the cutscene if you are fast and the boss battle won't take place later. Why hasn't that been mentioned? I didn't know about the old age one tho lol. He also gets pissed off if you kill his parrot during the battle.

@UniDis I'm pretty sure every guy you fight is part of special forces, one way or another. The Cobra Unit, GRU, Spetsnaz... All definitely special forces. So, I'm wondering how few people in the game AREN'T special forces.
