I just wanted to express how much I adored Captain Blastoise - I mean, Bulwark. Just by his introduction alone, Monty demonstrated that he knows each of his crew by name, and is incredibly involved with the ongoings of his ship. And the cannons on his shell? Badass.
Remy playing with the kids is just adorable.
Re watching the series right now and I remembered all my favorite episodes but I totally forgot about this one and I don’t know why. I love this episode, it’s a very nice change of pace from the plane of air. I loved all the interactions with the crew.
It was only a baby but damn Greckles was ballsy. Also lol Borky now know how it feels! I'm gonna miss that pirate crew.
3:15:47 The return of my favorite running joke, IT'S GOT A KNIFE, IT'S GOT A KNIFE!!!!

Oh shit NOW THE KNIFES GOT A KNIFE

2:04:56 Captain Ninten-Beard of the Earthbound Pirates
Session starts 28:13
2:29:00 did the forget about the horrors of Seika eating?
I'd call it an irregularity not a horror

Welcome to Pi's Nit-Picks where for personal reasons I go through new episodes of The Unexpectables and nit-pick it of any instance where how they play and RAW don't line up in a cinemasins-esque manner.
Spoiler alert: because of how this works, I might have to go into spoiler territory but I'll try to be subtle about it.
Disclaimer:
I am not telling anyone how to play dungeons & dragons. It's their game, not mine.
These are not criticisms, these are nit-picks.
Yes I have heard of house rules, thanks for asking.
Nit-Picks:
03:09:40 : You cannot make an “offhand” attack as a bonus action without taking the attack action first.
03:09:48 : Unlike darts, daggers do have disadvantage when thrown underwater.
03:10:04 : Merely having the enemy not notice you isn’t enough to trigger a sneak attack, you must either have advantage on the attack roll or a creature hostile to your target within 5 feet of it. While yes, being unseen by your target is one of the many ways to gain advantage, it would be countered by my second nit-pick.
03:11:22 : While Monty did state that the mangonel was loaded, Task still would have had to use at least two actions to aim it before firing.
03:24:46 : While raging, it’s irrelevant if the bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage is magical or not for the sake of resistance.
03:26:40 : You cannot attack with a radiant sun bolt as a bonus action without using the attack action on your turn and spending a ki point.
03:27:16 : Mark claims he was going to use stunning strike, despite stunning strike only being able to be used with a melee weapon attack, not a ranged spell attack.
