      Ronaldo Guedes APP = Air Pods Pro, so ANC, multiple connections (within the apple ecosystem of course) and IP4. I wouldn’t test it myself but the various anecdotal tests on UA-cam seem to show they’re pretty waterproof. I do really like the galaxy buds plus, don’t get me wrong, great sound, great fit but it just lacks a few things, like a manual paring button on the case for example. Also yesterday on the plane they just started making loud screeching noises when audio was being played to them. Galaxy buds plus over AirPods, but AirPods pro over the Galaxy Buds Plus for sure for someone in the Apple ecosystem.

    Just a heads up; You can actually activate the volume controls by tapping NEAR the earbuds even. I learned this while biting a hard candy which triggered it on the side of my mouth the candy was on. I think it's triggered by a vibration sensor rather than a separate touch area or something. Thank you for the clarification on the multiple connected devices. Samsung is defintely leading customers to believe that you can connect to more than one device simultaneously with the way they have thier marketing worded.
    This is unfortunately a deal breaker for me as I need to connect to my computer and phone at the same time.
    Thanks for the great content.

    • @TechisodeTV
      @TechisodeTV  4 роки тому +4

      I'm glad I could help clarify that for your before you bought the buds :) If you're looking for worked earbuds than can have multiple simultaneous connections, take a look at the elite 65t from Jabra. Those do support multiple simultaneous connections. Though they aren't as comfortable as the Galaxy buds... at least not for my tiny ears. I believe Jabra released an updated version of the 65t as well so that may be worth a look. :)

      @@TechisodeTV thanks for the reply.
      I have the jabra 75t (updated 65t).
      Was really digging the battery life and other features of the galaxy buds+ enough to make the switch but the lack of multipoint makes it a hard sell.
      Its really wierd that Samsung's website even mentions switching between 2 devices simultaneously. Verbatim from their website:
      "Galaxy buds+ intuitively switches between 2 paired devices at once. So, you wont miss a call in your phone while you're using you tablet."
      Actually just read an article (soundguys.com review) that they do have multipoint but both connected devices need to have bluetooth 5.0.
      So that clears it up a bit.
      Sorry for the long winded reply.
      Keep on fighting the good fight.

    2:32 - I think that if you hit the back of your ear, it also works. Meaning you don't actually touch your buds, instead you simply double tap the back of your ear. I guess there is a motion/vibration sensor. I haven't heard of anybody doing this, which is weird because it's so much easier but that's what works for me but I have small ears so maybe it's because of that(I doubt it).

    Bringing both buds close to each other is understandable as the mic is causing the feedback this happens even with a microphone on stage if you face the receiving signal towards the output signal. This is standard so no surprise.

    Also for the edge double tap you can tap the back of your ear 2 times and it does that too, so that you don't have to go in at an angle it's easier to do that so yeah...

    Is there a find my buds option? For example, if one fell in the car and I went into my house, would it show a map of where the buds would be, or is it just the chirping sound?

    Hi, you did an excellent explanation. I'm going to buy either Airpods Pro or Galaxy Buds +. Ambient sound is very important to me. Can you advise me which is better?

    • @TechisodeTV
      @TechisodeTV  4 роки тому

      Both are really good now. You can have a conversation with either, but the Airpods Pro are slightly better and feel less like your ears are plugged. I don't think it's worth an extra ~$100, but it is technically better. That said I'm still working on my full comparison so my opinion may change as I put them both through their paces.
