The only reason it shocked me was that he got support from the Korean label side of things. I had visions of them not even allowing it, but they are more openminded than I thought. Yeah, let's address the switch from "loving" to "fvcking" in the chorus lyrics. Not sure how straight-forward I can be and not transgress UA-cam and community guideline, but I'll give it a try. The enticing offer of daily lovemaking as a joint activity just got replaced with the promise of a daily reaming. Sure, if you've been apart for a while and are horny, then fast and hard is going to be where it's at, probably for both of the partners. But every day? "Fvcking" feels like a one-sided operation, and "loving" sounds reciprocal--which of these will help this relationship persist?
Also, it's still stalking if the perp is cute and talented. That doesn't entitle him to harass a woman who's said no repeatedly. Someone else pointed out the irony of it being Jungkook doing it, given the issues he's had with stalkers.
So in summary, stalker-JK wears his girlfriend down temporarily, indulges himself with bulldozer sex, and triggers a restraining order in 3..2..1..
And while I'm ranting, the thing about Latto's portion is that I don't understand who's voice she's supposed to be representing. Is she supposed to be channeling the "dead" Jungkook? Seems a little gender-bent. Speaking for the girlfriend? That's a bit of a stretch. Speaking as a past girlfriend of JK's? If it's the latter and she's straddling the coffin bragging about sucking him off....well, no wonder the present girlfriend is pissed. But if there's no reason for her voice to be heard in this context, then why the hell is she here? JK hired her to make a spectacle of his fake funeral? Does that mean he also thinks she's vulgar and disgusting? So why inflict her on us?
I think that XCeleste didn't address Latto's participation for a reason--if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. I hope JK writes the songs for the rest of his anticipated album, and and any collaborators that he chooses are a better fit for the songs.

JK said Bang called him in to listen to a song he might be interested in, Seven, and JK loved it. They wanted to work with producer Watt so they came here, you know where Hybe opened Hybe America. This all began in Korea so stop trashing the US. They wouldn't be the mega stars they are now without all their sold out concerts in 50-60 thousand seat stadiums and American awards. We are the largest music market in the world. BTS teaches us lessons on negativity so you can't be Army.

The video was fun(ny); the music catchy; and the clean version is enough. The explicit version was kinda crude-typical in western hip hop but fkn every minute, every hour, 7 days a week? Cmon- too unrealistic and unromantic! In his Spotify q&a, Jungkook said he doesnt do much lyrics, he usually starts with the melody so somebody wrote Seven in English.

Thank you for your reaction video, always a pleasure to watch :-). So I know Jungkook is an adult so he can use explicit lyrics, no problem with that. But personally I don't like the explicit version because I don't really like the message here. Okay you are fuc**** her seven days a week but this does not mean that you love her right? see they are so many girls are in relationships where they are used and don't know their worth and I just think that this song is not really empowering for women. One of the reason I started listening to BTS is because I liked the messages conveyed by their songs. And I am not saying this because it's Jungkook, I don't really like these kind of lyrics from any artist whatsoever. That being said I understand that this is the kind of music he wants to do as an individual and he wants to do his own thing apart from BTS and I respect that. I still love him and respect him as an artist but I will be listening to the regular version.
