I've been making and selling jewelry for about 10 years. I hadn't been making many bead strung necklaces. Then I saw Wendy and was inspired to bead string for my pendants that I make. You are filling in for her in a wonderful way. I like listening to you, it feels like you are across the table, crafting with me. And I like hearing people's thought processes when they create, it's fascinating. Thanks for being here!
I started making some jewelry in 2012 and didn't know there were videos on UA-cam. I stopped. Then I about 6 months before Wendy passed away. She inspired me sooo much! She was such a wonderful person. I've enjoyed watching your videos and you have become so much more comfortable behind the camera!! You are very poised. I love cats, dogs and I love Bleu Cheese too!!
I love listening to your talks, it feels like I'm listening to a friend... One of my long time subs said she loved my longer videos, because she sits and watches while having a cup of coffee and it's like visiting a friend... It just made my heart full her saying that, but that's how I feel watching you and a couple of others...
I started making jewelry about 8 years ago? I think? But I had no clue what I was doing, then quit... Then, I started back up full time back in June of 2022, after seeing one of Wendy's videos!! I was hooked and binge watched a bunch and started gathering basic supplies, then got my first BBB thru her in Nov. 2022... And here I am... Doing all kinds of things, even started a FB group... Have a most amazing afternoon Jody!!!!

Hello Jodi. Love the challenges you set for yourself. I started making jewelry during Covid Lockdown. I had some beads and other things that I found in a closet. I guess I had bought all the tools and some beads and findings a long time ago when my children were little. Started making earrings and bracelets for myself and now am hooked. I have not sold anything and give stuff away. I love watching tutorials and getting ideas. I now have way tooooo many beads and had to stop subscriptions to bead boxes. Need to use up all my stash. LOL.

I used to make stretch bracelets a long time ago. But as far as wire and findings... I've not been doing that for very long. But what I have made, I've enjoyed very much.

I started about 5 years ago, but when mom passed away, I stopped for 3 years. Her and I did jewelry together
I started making jewelry in 1999. I needed a sedentary hobby because walking on the beach induced post xertional malaise that could last a week or more.
You have been at it for quite a while! I’m so sorry that your walking on the beach had to stop! I hope you are doing better now! ❤

I love the bracelets and your kitty’s too 💜 I’m very new at jewelry making and I started out with macramé and friendship, bracelets for my granddaughters. They wanted to be able to give them to friends, so I learned so I could teach them. Well I started watching all kinds of UA-cam tutorials and fell in love with making all types of jewelry and that was about 3 months ago.
That’s such a great journey! Oh I remember making friendship bracelets for my friends! ❤
@@jodykrontz they prefer for me to make the bracelets, but they love giving them to their friends. They get frustrated easily because they are only 7 (twins) and they just turned 7 on January 5th. So they don’t quite have the attention span yet.
