There is a flaw. Mostly ppl work hard but very few succeed. Hard work or smart work has to be done but the fruition of the effort depends on many external factors not in one' s control and it has a huge bearing on one's success or failure. The concept of destiny too play a major role but it is still beyond the realm of normal human science. Only one thing that is under one's control dont run after success or any materialistic pleasure. Just give effort and try to be in harmony with the celestial forces that can lead u to success
