My New DeWalt Sump Pump Is Installed!

My new DeWalt sump pump is installed. I outline my setup in this video. It has been a bit of a journey. I am so grateful for the friend that has helped me during this process. It is sitting on a pair of polycarbonate cutting boards. This is to prevent the impeller from sucking sediment from the bottom of my sump pump pit. My sump pump pit is narrow and will need to be enlarged this winter when water isn't running.

I have same pump,impellar needed manual help from new,but now seems to work on its own...possible two stage motor???
Also ,i added a piece of 1.5 inch foam to top of float so pump will activate at lower water level rather than having to fill shallow sump first.
Since there is no high level adjustment,only low level shut off.
Hope this idea helps others
