Ever since I was young and got a sense of wanting to improve my life, I intuitively started with cleaning my room. Then, in my 20s at work, my trainer told me an organized desk is an organized mind. Then, in my 30s & and 40s, I learned the psychology and philosophy about it. Cleaning your space definitely has a sympathetic magic effect. The outer affects the inner and vice-versa!
His lectures on jung and christianity back when he was a college professor are really good. You can find them online where he is just teaching at University.
