That guy with the “question” at about 36 minutes a complete idiot. He didn’t even ask a question. Some big pharma rep or something. She never said anything about opiate replacement substances being “bad” or that she was averse to them. Clare, thank you so much for your work and for sharing this info.
Gary Greenstein I’m a 41 year old white male living in a upper middle class area and all of my friends and mostly acquaintances whom I know have had taken ibogaine had felt great for about a month after treatment and then would slowly revert back to methadone or suboxone because of depression which is the real road block I believe to opioid abstinence .
@@Xenilolix Hey Eric. Thank you for sharing that. Can you send me an email so I can ask you about your friend's experiences? I tried to contact you thru your channel but there is no option. I'm desperate to help people with opiate addiction because of the devastation I've seen first hand. garywgreenstein@gmail.com
Gary Greenstein I appreciate hearing others here are looking for ways off opiates(Methadone) or ways to help those on opiates off, Ive been on Methadone for over 2 decades, im 46, a single parent raising two kids solo & running a full time forestry business. Im “highly functioning” yet ready to get off the ball & chain Methadone realm. Glad im not alone here. Sounds like several other 1970’s born fathers are suffering from post 1980’s/1990’s heroin addictions.
Once you reach a level of “function” after years of dysfunction you have to ask yourself is getting off my medications even worth it? What happens if the Ibogaine fails? How will I get back the medication combo, that took me decades to get, so I can live normally again!?
