So with the bonus levels for the Road Runner, the developers cheated a little. Coyote had all five bonus levels that were original, but here there are only three, and then they repeat. On the other hand, the bonus with the train for the Road Runner was incomparably easier, and the level with loops is cool.

Okay so I actually figured out how to access the bonus levels it has something to do with the total amount of Acme stamps that you've collected throughout the level that you are currently on
