I had to remind him that i know where his wife lives and where his daughter goes to school here..i got back my money so fast, and he had to pay that lawyer b!tch her legal fees too..she should be thankful otherwise she would have given it up for free. @23:49 "Come with me to TANZANIA and ZANZIBAR" is a misnomer because historically TANGANYIKA (the main land) and ZANZIBAR (the island) merged in 1964 to form the United Republic of Tanganyika and Zanzibar, later renamed the United Republic of Tanzania. Your entire ordeal makes me think about the Ghanaian government's 2019 Year of Return program. That whole thing was touted as an appeal to the African Diaspora to return 'home' to the motherland. The program was deceptive because it was actually a tourism campaign to increase tourism and tourism revenues, all disguised as an appeal to African descendants to return back to Africa. If the Ghanaian government really wanted a successful return of the African diaspora, they would make sure to help the people by putting government programs in place that would make the transition and integration into life in Ghana for foreigners easier and legitimate. You, and other Black foreigners/African descendants who are coming to Ghana to invest their money should not be left to figure things out in such a haphazard way, or to be misguided and mislead by less than honorable people who are only intent on robbing people of their American, UK, other foreign dollars. Sadly, there are a number of videos out here by Black American families who sold everything to be able to afford the cost of passports, plane tickets, short-term lodgings, and food so they could come and figure out how to buy or rent more permanent housing, etc., and the local people they meet treat them like "money machines" until they are scammed out of all of their money and they end up devastated by the experience and are forced to leave. We can stay in the US and risk being scammed. At least, it's better to deal with the devils we already know rather than the devils we don't know who look like us because they wrongly think that we are rich and should be taken advantage of.

At least, it's better to deal with the devils we already know rather than the devils we don't know who look like us because they wrongly think that we are rich and should be taken advantage of.
Unfortunately, I agree. Lesson learned and will not be repeated.
i just think you put too much on youtube, some of the drama should have stayed private and they would have taken it easy on you.
If you think this is too much…you’d pass out if I shared everything.
How about your other land, did had to get a letter from the chief as well?
I will have an update on May 22nd. This month. That’s another 🎢
I like your humor, Just curious can Maximum "Jay" impact help or assist? --- on a serious tip it sounds like they might be playing games --- are you sure the contractor and the chief are not friends...
No. Unfortunately no one can help a negligent person but the person themselves. I’m only as sure as what I have witnessed and what I have been told.

What's the celebration about... I'm so confused. With the referrals and purchase by way of this channel how many have deeds because it seems like all of it involves land battles. Please clarify or separate successful land purchase that lead to deeds.
Yes all of it is a battle. There is no deed therefore I can not separate. Finding light in darkness is the whole point. Sorry you are confused
Your video is not uplifting , for someone how is planning an moving to the motherland . Too much issues. Am buying land in Capecoast so for so good. Are you still planning on invest in Ghana?
It’s not to be uplifting. I’m telling my story. It’s stated in the title. Good for you that your process is good. Make a video so people can come to your channel and be uplifted with your story. I’ve already invested in Ghana. Still haven’t received what my money has bought.
About the boo-boo on that particular beach...it's true...I was there and I saw it. Now, it's not that they don't know how to use a bathroom, they have restrooms...but some of them like the experience and the open air 🤔, at least that's what I was told by the poor guy assigned to clean up the mess. LESLIE don't give up...in three years they might have a cure for baldness 👴🏽or a cure for Arthritis 🦴😂🤪
We love your bald head G P!
They know they wrong for this
