I watched "Pallavi Anupallavi", Maniratnam's 1st film when it was released. Then I went again, and then again, and again.. I saw it 9 times before it was removed from theaters and it did not bore me even once. It was such a wonderful movie and you can watch it even today. Same goes for his Mouna Ragam.
@@prabhuharakangi I am not sure it was first ever Montage Song, but the whole movie watching experience was so differrent. He was way ahead of his time in film making style even in early 1980s. And the songs, ofcourse, are Kannada classics now. I had not seen Bangalore at that time (Being from a small town), and Naguva Nayana was a first glimpse of Bangalore's Beauty. I shifted to Bangalore 2years later, and those locations were my regular hangout places. Now when I see that song - I wonder what happened to my Bangalore!! It has gone down the tube. :(
BTS is a group. infact there are many k-pop group's out their too. And it's not about the hype... It's the music. K-pop music It's so different from western music and more catchy. BTS have a 10 year long career maybe more than that. Just try once and criticize. Then it's valid.
All types of movies should be made, only subject based movies will not entertainment audiance, commercial maas masaala movies are as important as subject oriented movies. BTW lot of intelligent directors admit that making a successful commercial movie is a very difficult thing.
Yeah some idiots think that anyone can make a superhit commercial mass movie if they have money, just pust one item song, hero stalking heroine scene, some misogynistic dialogues, make heroine damsel in distress, that's it, very easy. 🙄
