Why would they goose step? They aren’t a military unit or band. They are just a traditional band. They have nothing to do with the military and goose stepping isn’t practical while playing an instrument. Additionally they are not even German let alone Prussian. (Apart from the fact that German military don’t use the Goose step anymore ) They are Austrian. In Austria there is no tradition of the goose step.
