Not at all. I listen to this stuff almost all the time when I do my work online. The only exception is if I have to read and interpret something (e.g. scientific paper to laymen terms), then I prefer no music.
But I'm creating an illustration of immune cells or laying out a magazine page, then of course!
And we need to chill and let our brain "rest" for a minute or two as we absorb into this music. (And YAS, this album is worth listening to without doing anything ^_^)
