I found that the pigs are escaping when they grow up. So i switched rhe bottom fences to walls and it seems to be fine now. Hopefully this helps anyone facing the same problem
I want to see some of your farms in other dimensions, especially the nether. I’m currently building stuffs there and I could really use some inspiration since I get a lot of them from your videos! Thanks for all these farms.
Gotta love the farm design and simplicity. And even issues that will be faced in each version also how to troubleshoot the said issues. Hats off to you good sir ❤
Oh this is so good! I definitely want to use this one for the server I'm playing with friends! Thank you for testing out some of the designs as well :D
It would definitely fit into the butcher shop build from the last video with little to no adjustments as a replacement for the cow only chamber. It's a small enough build that with enough effort and imagination on your part, it could easily be made to be whatever aesthetic fits our world the best
This was meant to be a simple tutorial just showing the farm setup I used in the Cow Farm Butcher Shop. But then I thought I should make it even more perfect so I added one more spot for pig and fixed several major flaws. This one is 7 blocks wide farm and you only have 5 blocks space inside the cow farm.
Yes thats always with farms, chunks have to be loaded. If you are a bit smart with minecraft you can make a chunkloader, there are plenty of tutorials on that too
if you use the powdered snow version, the baby animals will fall past it because of the walls, but then grow up into it. so you can just leave the powdered snow in place the whole time. and you dont need any of the redstone aside from the water. Downside, raw instead of cooked meat.
I’m loving your videos since I just returned to Minecraft! I’m a new subscriber. Would you consider making a bee house/bee farm with your beautiful aesthetic? :)
aJack I just finished building this farm but add the feeding area/stairs/storage room part from the butcher shop build. I'm having problems with pigs getting out both in front and back. I tried trapdoors in the front but not sure how they are passing into the back room area? Any thoughts on what might be happening?
Same here. I tried covering the whole build in glass two blocks thick, swapping stone walls to stone blocks, etc...nothing kept my animals from being pushed out from front/back and escaping. I desperately want to know the solution to this. I'm playing on 1.20.2 Java, by the way.
For some reason, the pigs don't drop down for me. I'm going to assume it's bc I play on a paper server. The pigs also don't bounce way up like the cows and sheep do. EDIT: I figured out the pig situation on my paper server. I used a chain instead of a sign and the babies fall right through like they should.
I built this 1:1 in Java 1:20.1 but the pigs aren't falling down. After you breed them they all just stand on the sign. Also a few of the cows and sheep always escape out of the bottom chamber when they grow up. Any ideas?
Did you use pig eggs to spawn the pigs? If they are all standing in the same spot, the adult will not push the baby pig down. Try to hit them once with your hand. They should split into 2 groups. They should not be able to escape... Im not sure why.
what do you think, alternating with aesthetic farms and only functional farms, on making structures without farms but useful or that can improve the aesthetics of a village or a world, with your aesthetic style, for example a stabling or/with others animals, I think it could be really amazing, in my case each of your aesthetic farms is greatly improving my survival world being in a style that fits perfectly with your structures, I hope you will consider this possibility, in any case congratulations for each of your videos, you bring very high quality tutorial content ❤ ❤ ❤

Love seeing a good use for the new hanging sign. For some reason the powdered snow doesnt seem to work for me, or at least I havent seen cowe take damage feom it on the farm I have. Switched to sword for the time being, but now I see I can just chuck lava un there to do the job.
@@aJackMinecraft I hope you do. The expanse wouldn't be too difficult. Because of their hit boxes I think rabbits would be a bit difficult (probably have to treat it like chickens and use half slabs) but it'd definitely be possible. As opposed to lava (though I know it'd be difficult) it'd be so funny to use the Vindicator "Johnny" Easter egg to slaughter all the grown up animals for raw meat. That'd really sell the butcher shop vibe.
@@aJackMinecraft yeah lol it's a reference to The Shining. Rename a Vindicator and he'll attack any mob that isn't an illager. Obviously you gotta get one from a raid or mansion but it's a good visual lol
i like the idea and its a great concept. But for some reason i feel this design is not on par with the previous designs of the series. Still a nice build but i think i would make it inside a barn or something
I encounter several problems with this build in 1.20.2 1. Pigs that are born get stuck at the top and don't come down. 2. It's difficult to feed all the animals at the top, because I can only target a few (hitbox problem I think). Can anyone help me?
My only question. Are the vines needed if we aren't worried about the whole entity cramming? I ask only because, on the server I'm in, I haven't managed to find a Jungle or Swamp yet, and I don't think there's any other locations for Vines to find. Also, would Glow Lichen work in place of vines?
The farm still works without the vines. They are there to protect the animals while breeding since the baby animals do not drop down instantly. Some of the adults might die in the process.
It means the some of the villagers are unable to work. You could try to replace all the job site blocks. Sometimes, the villagers are pushing each other and some cant reach his own job site.
@@aJackMinecraft I'm a big fan of your works, however it might be a 1.20 stuff, in my game villagers need bed to restock. Your trade hall and meat shop might need some update now.

Simple explanation of the technical side of the farm ^^ 👍
This one's a little less aesthetic as the others, but still amazing. I adore and have used all of your work so far! Keep it up!

Tried building this in bedrock but can't get the lava to come out when the button is pressed. The redstone lights up but no lava.
i love your tutorials and my friends and i build them together. do you have any plans on making an aesthetic raid farm soon?
I am going to do Tree farm next. Not sure what comes after tree farm...hmm...
sad the entity cramming doesn't work cause the vines break when water goes over it and placing vines above does nothing, but still a good farm!

He usually makes notes for Bedrock players either in the video or the description. These are designed for Java, but alot of them work for both.

would clipped vines change the entity cramming ability? i know vines don't grow if you shear them
You can't clip vines. You can only do that to cave vines, kelp, weeping vines, or twisting vines.
