How To Fix Xlive.dll Missing/Not Found (GTA IV, batman arkham city Error) Windows 10/11/7 32/64 bit

Ive done it correctly,but didnt work so i deleted the program,restarted my pc and reinstalled the program and pasted the xlive.dll file and it didn't work. am i doing something wrong??

I did not see you downloading a 64 bit xlive dll version. its not listed r am I supose to copy that 32bit again into the 64bit folder. refering to step 3

The method is to download own version of dll file (if available) then if you are 64 bit user paste the file to system32 and syswow64.
