p.s. I updated the iPhone from ios 9.3.5 to 15.7.3 with data saved, the device was on a password with an activation lock.
upd upd upd: I remembered that the device was on ios 9 with a password and an activation lock (the activation was reset after a while). That's why I couldn't create copies of the activation files.
