    Steve Nash can't coach, I'm glad someone is talking about it. I believe the only reason the players sign off on him as a coach is that they can play and no coaching. They're hoopers that need coach. Ijs

    At the end of the day went it comes to Steve Nash one of the main reasons he got the job is cuz of his relation with KD from when he was with the Warriors.. Also the Nets thought that since Steve Kerr managed to be a rookie coach and lead the Warriors to multiple championships maybe Steve Nash can do the same xD
    It doesn't work that way though.. Dealing with Kyrie, KD and Harden is much more difficult in my opinion than dealing with Steph, Draymond and Klay... and later on KD

    • @Paulafan5
      @Paulafan5 2 роки тому +1

      Steve Kerr had the advantage of having Klay healthy when he was a rookie coach while Nash missed Kyrie for most of this season and are still second in the Eastern Conference.

    • @Aboukay80
      @Aboukay80 2 роки тому

      @@Paulafan5 Yes that's why I mentioned that dealing with KD, Harden and Kyrie is much more difficult.. because of their personalities and non basketball related issues.. Its true that the Nets are 2nd in the East but they haven't been playing well especially as of recently as they're 4-6 in their last 10 games.. Also for the Nets anything less than a championship is a disappointment.. For them its championship or bust.. and especially cuz Harden can opt of his contract next summer and sign with another NBA team if he wants to.. so the pressure is on for them

    • @philippculture489
      @philippculture489 2 роки тому +2

      @@Aboukay80 It's not only that. Steve Kerr played in Chicago with MJ, a psychopath who only cares about winning even if you sacrifice your body doing it and he played there under Phil Jackson. In San Antonio Steve Kerr played under Pop. Kerr played for the best most unorthodox coach in Phil and the best orthodox coach in Pop.
      But that's not it. His family background isn't an athletic one, rather an academic one. He is highly intelligent and has learned from the best coaches. I knew Kerr would be a great coach. But Nash was an experiment that could have worked out, but it didn't. Nets timeframe is short, their stars are aging, they need a new coach now if they want a chance to win it all...
      I'm not concerned for their rotations, rather their playingstyle is horrible. No off-ball movement. just isolation basketball with a screener and 3 people standing in the corner watching. Watch a game of the Nets and then watch a game of GSW. It's nearly a different sport.

    • @Aboukay80
      @Aboukay80 2 роки тому +1

      @@philippculture489 Thanks for your message and reply.. Really appreciate it! Yes Kerr got to play and be around not only the best NBA players during his era whether its with the Bulls or Spurs but also learn from the best coaches in Phil Jackson and Pop..
      With regards to his family background i'm so happy that you mentioned it! I am from Lebanon so I went to the same high school that Steve Kerr went to when he was a kid growing up in Beirut (American Community School) I still remember when I was a teenager I went to our school library and searched through one of the old school yearbooks and saw Steve Kerr's picture.. This was during the time he was playing with the Bulls so it was very exciting and surreal moment for me as a teenage kid realizing that an NBA champion used to attend the same school that I did..
      Also I pursued my bachelors degree at AUB (American University of Beirut) which also happens to be the University that Steve Kerr's dad (Malcolm) used to be the president off and it's really so devastating that he got assassinated while fulfilling his tenure there in 1982...
      Last but not least I had the honor and privilege of meeting Steve Kerr's sister, Susan Kerr.. I won't go into much details as this going off topic but basically as an AUB Alumni we had our annual Gala Dinner ceremony and the theme for that dinner was previous AUB presidents so I was the person who was contacting all the relatives of ex AUB presidents so I managed to get in touch with Susan and we invited her and her family as honorary guests and I managed to speak with her about her brother Steve and she shared some fascinating stories about him to me at that event.
      So yes, Steve Kerr was much more prepared to handle his coaching duties with the Warriors than Steve Nash with the Nets

    • @smoothsavage2870
      @smoothsavage2870 2 роки тому

      What's not mentioned is that Mark Jackson had already laid the foundation for what the Warriors were set to become when Steve Kerr got there. Steve Nash is a fresh coach with a newly formed team. Kerr had it way easier than Nash. But Nash definitely needs somebody else to help him, or else, he needs to be gone.

    I literally was saying this last week. Steve Nash has yet to prove he is good at coaching. His rotations are ridiculous And it’s not kyrie. He needs to find a rotation and stick with it. One half Someone will play and the next half he doesn’t see the floor.

    "Jaylen Brown completely took over this game with his first triple double of his career! Played a perfect game while Jayson Tatum went 6/14 from the field. They got the win tho! Carry on…"
    No where in that statement is he saying they both need to play well together. Stfu capping at the beginning.

    The nets gotta fire Nash, not because he is bad, nor because he has no repertoire.. But because he is not prepared to coach a roller-coaster team, with a hand of super stall hall of fame players and a whole bunch of average player. He can't find the balance. The team has no defense, has no a big guy who can protect the rim. It looks like the nets ain't going anywhere this year and KD will look for a trade. Keep my words, the nets is loosing a good chance to ever win a tittle. Remember the Bkn wasn't the first KD choice, but Irving's.

    • @trustandbelieve9173

    If you done your research you would know that Sean marks and Steve Nash are best friends and that's why he got hired also the fact that they go back to Phoenix Suns as teammates and Mike dantoni as their coach also you will find out that most of their staff that they hired has ties to Phoenix Suns and pass jobs that Sean marks has had like the Spurs etc .. but everybody just want to use Kevin/Kyrie making the coach hiring of Nash. Also the fact that Kevin Durant play for the Warriors and Nash was on the training team for player development which he worked with Kevin Durant and other members of the team

  • @unspokenvoicesmedia
    @unspokenvoicesmedia 2 роки тому

    Also you should have done some research on the coaching staff and you will find out that Steve Nash doesn't do any of the play calling or game day planning those duties are given to the assistant coach. A perfect example of this of Steve Nash coaching ability is him making in-game adjustments because he doesn't know what to do from the start since he didn't do the work of game planning for his own team by studying film and putting the matchups together in order for players to be put in the best position to utilize their talent to make an impact just look at how Steve Nash doesn't utilize the bench or utilize the rookies that they have drafted
