    No basement in Texas. Why?

Lots of reasons.. expansive soils, bedrock too close to the surface makes it difficult for digging, and most importantly, we have lots of land. We can build wide rather than being forced down into the earth.

Your video did not cover how you're suppose to drive into the attached 2-car garage
The view from the front of the home shows what appears to be a faux 2-car garage door.
Does it open? Can't drive in from here due to the absence of a driveway and landscape planted in front.
What does the the 'rear view of the home look like?

Good question. 2 car garage is front entry.

@@RajSahoo If that's the case, the architect screwed up and so did the builder.
Having a garage that you can't use for its intended purpose (of parking vehicles inside), is a deal breaker. And, the only way to drive inside is by driving over the lawn, garden, and shrubs is dumbfounding.

@@pvt.2426 Keep in mind, it’s a model home. Nobody is living in it. When the builder sells the home at the end of the community finishing it up, they will take out those shrubs and run a driveway to that garage for the future homeowners before they move in.

@@RajSahoo I realize it is a 'model home'. Which makes the situation even worse in my mind. The developer is trying to put their best foot forward, by displaying what they can do and how your future home might be furnished and used.
To intentionally block access to the garage for vehicles is stupid. Which, would cause a prospective buyer to wonder, 'What other dumb things did this architect/builder do?'
And, then incur additional expenses for tearing out the lawn, shrubs, and hardscape to pour cement for a driveway (that should've been there in the first place) doesn't sound profitable.
(btw: Thank you Raj for your replies. As a salesman and content creator to showcase new homes, you're doing a great job.)
