It sounds as though you got the BCH (Boston Compensatory Horn) installed. You should have asked for the Texas Horn version that can be heard across the Great Plains into North Dakota . I'm sure that there is an aftermarket kit for a more robust and butch horn, but you would have to change it back at the end of your lease. Also, I imagine that your neighbors like the wimpy door unlock sound since you could be leaving or returning home from either early or late flights. 😁

I had a Chevy Tracker years ago and the horn sounding like that. My brother called it my toy car. Upside was that it was the best 4 wheel drive car I had for the snow. So much better than the all wheel drive SUVs they make now. Miss my Toy 🚗

The horsepower is clearly not enormous, so you're not going to leap like a superhero from a red light. But in David Dre driving I am always ahead of the cars I around me. LOL!
Steven, you should go to the dealership and see if they can set the sound higher on the horn. If not, see if they could order you a different horn that's louder. You could also go to a parts store and speak to them about getting a different horn, some times they will put it on for you.
I would bring those issues to the attention of the dealer. It seems odd that the sound is that low on both of those issues. Maybe the dealer can adjust something, or maybe something needs fixed to make it louder on both accounts. You should at least ask them the next time you are in for service.
I have the same car and when I need to find my car in the lot I push the lock icon 2 times (even tho its already locked with the alarm engaged) and the horn will sound so i know which direction I should walk... On my car the alarm horn seems alot louder than the regular car horn, which is annoying so i completely agree with you. I hate that I dont have a temp guage, the computer will let me know if there is a problem!?! Will it let me know if it it detects any change or if its completely over heating!?! Idk Sigh 😂❤
If you don't have a temp gauge, you can attach a small OBD reader to your diagnostic port and attach the gauge to the dash. It will read temp, engine revs, battery volts, trip distance, and have a digital speedo. Used the Autool reader to monitor the temps on my '13 Subaru on a road trip last summer. Available on Amazon. Normal Temp on most cars is 195 degrees Fahrenheit.

Louder after market horns are definitely available. I am constantly blowing my horn.
All vehicles have clown car horns these days. And the key fob lock noise is typically very quiet now on most cars as well. It’s just part of life!
