- One of the most popular purported miracles or accurate prophecies of Muhammad is the narrative that certain people will build tall buildings toward the end of time. Here is a thorough refutation of this undeniable miracle.

Some people will do something in the future. Prove me wrong.
Only if they are barefoot.
But what if they start to, but change their mind halfway through and stop? Checkmate, atheists.

OUCH !!!! yes.
I have many times encountered this stupid claim while debating with Muslims.
Well how about u debate me you clown 🤡
Stupid for ppl who forcefully try to disprove something that's established and clearly true, saying the barefoot, Bedouin shepherd's does not imply that they should be so while making these bldngs, it implies that their nation or their group will one day compete in making tall buildings and it's happening, the arabs (who were once barefoot, bedouins, shepherds) are now in competition with the the world in making tall buildings and many of the tallest are in arab lands, any man with common sense would accept this except the ones which forcefully try to resist it, they r the ones who are truly stupid and heavily engrossed in deceiving themselves.
Sad
It's actually unbelievable that anyone in 2022 still uses this argument. Really shows the intellectual peasantry of these apologists who actually think this is an impressive presiction

@@carpediem7654 seize the day so what more ppl less land.
This is in the Bible -and I’m a Christian but many Christians interpret this and quote it wrong. Matthew 24:3-8 And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy [a]coming, and of [b]the end of the world? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man lead you astray. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ; and shall lead many astray. 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that ye be not troubled: for these things must needs come to pass; but the end is not yet. Jesus is saying here that evil and tragedy must occur on the earth-BUT that doesn’t mean it’s the end yet. People typically say “rumors of war and famine” are a sign that it’s the end but Jesus is actually saying the opposite. He’s saying they have to happen (and they’ve happened since the beginning of time) but that doesn’t mean it’s the end. It just means you have to remain hopeful and stick till the end and remain faithful until He comes. (Hope that helped😊)
@@jenellemelendez2521 these things have always happened thats nothing

There is one key but missing ingredient the retractors of Islam are leaving out...Bedouin Arabs. in Sahih al-Bukhari we read that among the signs of the Day of Judgment is “when the destitute (al-buhm) camelherds compete in building tall structures.” In Sahih Muslim it is written: “you shall see the barefoot, naked, indigent (al-`âla) shepherds compete in building tall structures.”
Closely associated with this phenomenon is the fact that such destitute people will become the leaders and kings of the Earth, as mentioned in some of the versions of such narrations. For example, one version in al-Bukhari has: “when the barefoot and the naked are the top leaders (lit. “heads”) of the people.” A wording from in Saheeh Muslim has: “when you see that the barefoot and naked, the deaf and dumb are the kings of the earth
Continued: Imam an-Nawawi (d.1278 CE) (in his interpretation of Sahih Muslim) mentions:
The people of badia (the desert Bedouins) and their like are people of need and poverty. (A time will come) when the world will be laid open for them until they compete with one another in (the construction of buildings..."(Muslim, Vol. 9, p.28 ).
When we see the history of skyscrapers within the Arabian Peninsula we realize that until the past few decades, there were absolutely no tall structures of any type in the skylines of the Gulf countries. The reason for this is, of course, that for most of their history, the majority of the inhabitants of the Arabian Peninsula were nomadic Bedouins, and this situation continued for many centuries until the middle of the twentieth century (1950’s and 1960’s) when a combination of geographic, demographic, and political factors forced large numbers of Bedouins to settle in the large cities of the Middle East. At this point, it is important to note that the major ruling families in the Gulf states are from bedoiun ancestry, much like the rest of the native population in the Gulf countries
300 years before Muhammad, India was building tall building in terms Temple Gopurams

Tall buildings are already present before the birthday of Islam . But in few numbers .
For example :
I predict the ai technology going to impose a threat on humanity if not controlled well .
This is common sense .
Prophet Muhammad's prophecy was about a specific group of poor people would compete in the construction of tall buildings which is an unlikely scenario:
*“Now, tell me of the Last Hour,” asked the man.
The Prophet replied, “The one asked knows no more of it than the one asking.”
“Then tell me about its signs,” said the man. The Prophet replied, “That you see barefoot, unclothed herdsmen competing in the construction of tall buildings." [Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith #63]*
Notice the detailed characteristics: the barefoot, unclothed herdsmen were mentioned. When Prophet Muhammad was asked about the identity of these people, he responded by identifying the Arabs:
*“It was said: ‘Who are the barefoot herdsmen?’ He
answered: ‘The Arabs’” [Musnad Ahmad, Hadith **#2924**]*
We can see that Prophet Muhammad prophesied that a very specific group from among the Arabs, the barefoot, unclothed herdsmen, would one day compete in constructing tall buildings. In fact, this detailed description refers to a very particular type of Arab, the Bedouins.
Prophet Muhammad could have easily played it safe by using more general language such as “you see competition in the construction of tall buildings…” which of course would be flexible enough to be applied to anyone in the world.
From millennium past there are two types of Arabs, city dwellers and Bedouins. The former make up the majority and live in ancient cities like Damascus, Cairo, and Baghdad. In contrast, the Bedouins are nomads, they travel through the vast deserts and are constantly on the move. Even during the Golden Age of Islam when the Arabs were the richest and most learned people on earth, Bedouins remained in virtually the same state they had been for thousands of years, poor, uneducated and cut off from rest of the world.
As recently as the 1940s the English explorer Sir Wilfred Thesiger was travelling through the deserts inhabited by the Bedouin and documented their condition:
*As I listened I thought once again how precarious was the existence of the Bedu. Their way of life naturally made them fatalists; so much was beyond their control. It was impossible for them to provide for a morrow when everything depended on a chance fall of rain or when raiders, sickness, or any one of a hundred chance happenings might at any time leave them destitute, or end their lives. They did what they could, and no people were more self-reliant, but if things went wrong they accepted their fate without bitterness, and with dignity as the will of God.*
*- Sir Wilfred Thesiger, Arabian Sands*
Many early Muslim scholars and classical commentators understood Prophet Muhammad’s prophecy to be a reference to the Arab Bedouins who were known as the “people of the desert”.
The famous jurist Imam an-Nawawi
(1233 - 1277) said the following in his interpretation of Prophet Muhammad’s prophecy:
*The people of the desert and their like are people of need and poverty. (A time will come) when the world will be laid open for them until they compete with one another in (the construction of) buildings, and God knows best.*
*- Muhammad Hisham Kabbani, The Approach of Armageddon? An Islamic Perspective, p. 90*
The renowned scholar Al-Qurtubi (1214 - 1273) said:
*What is meant here is the prediction of a reversal in society whereby the people of the desert will take over the conduct of affairs and rule every region by force. They will become extremely rich and their primary concern will be to erect tall buildings and take pride in them.*
*- Muhammad Hisham Kabbani, The Approach of Armageddon? An Islamic Perspective, p. 90*
We can see that these early Muslim scholars and classical commentators, who were writing centuries ago, were consistent in their identification of the Arab Bedouins.
This shows just how clear Prophet Muhammad’s description of these
people was.
Today we find in the Arabian Peninsula that a particular group of Arabs, the Bedouins who used to be impoverished herders of camels and sheep until the mid-20th century, are now competing to build the tallest tower blocks, just as Prophet Muhammad foretold.
How did this change happen seemingly overnight? How did one of the poorest people on earth, who literally wore rags, become one of the wealthiest nations on earth? One thing made this rapid change possible, something upon which the modern world would revolve around perhaps more than any other, the discovery of “black gold”, oil.
The seemingly empty deserts of the Bedouins had it in abundance. The Bedouins went from camels to Cadillacs in a generation!
Today one of the highest concentrations of tall buildings in the world is in the Arabian peninsula, specifically the areas in which Bedouin Arabs lived.
In 2012 the tallest building in the world was the Mecca Clock Tower, standing at 601 metres, this gigantic structure was built in the desert city where Prophet Muhammad was born. Only two years after its completion, the Burj Khalifa was built in Dubai with a height of 828 metres. A short time after the Burj Khalifa was completed, a rival family in Saudi Arabia announced that they would build a taller one (1,000 metres); the Kingdom Tower.
The Bedouin Arabs of today are literally competing with each other over who can build the world’s tallest building.
The Companions of Prophet Muhammad also understood his prophecy to be a reference to buildings of vast heights.
*“They said: So when you see in Mecca that channels have been dug and its buildings reach the tops of the mountains, then know that the hour has cast its shadow over you” [Al-Musannaf, Hadith **#124**]*
The famous Mecca Clock Tower is currently the fourth tallest building in the world. In order for such construction to be possible, many of Mecca’s ancient mountains have been demolished in order to make room for the tall buildings that have sprung up.
Amazingly, this is also something that Prophet Muhammad foretold; he said that mountains will one day be moved from their places:
*“The Hour will not be established until mountains are moved from their places." [Al-Tabarani, Mu‘jam al-Kabir, **#6857**]*
This tremendous feat of demolishing entire mountains has only been possible in the 20th century with the advent of technology such as explosives. Thanks to these modern technical advances, mountains can now be blasted into rubble in order to make room for massive city infrastructure such as buildings and highways.
What would motivate Prophet Muhammad to even make such a prophecy? If he was going to make up such a prophecy it would make more sense to relate this prophecy to the superpowers of his time: Rome, Persia or even China who (unlike the Arabs) already had a tendency to construct extravagant buildings and palaces. For example, the Hagia Sophia cathedral was built by a Roman emperor in 537 CE, the century before Prophet Muhammad, and it remained the world’s largest building for nearly a thousand years.
Furthermore, the immense detail that Prophet Muhammad provided in this prophecy is very revealing. Frauds, those who falsely claim to be able to predict the future, typically make their predictions general and ambiguous in nature so that they can be applied to multiple situations. The more general and ambiguous the prophecy, the greater the chance that something, somewhere, will eventually occur that bears enough of a resemblance that it will seem like the prophecy was an accurate prediction. Prophet Muhammad could have made a prediction such as “you will see the construction of tall buildings”. Such a prediction uses very general descriptions that are flexible enough to be applied to anyone in the world.
By comparison, the prophecy that Prophet Muhammad did make is filled with lots of very specific details. He gave a clear context for the building construction, that of competition. He also identified who the builders would be, the Arab Bedouins, by describing some unique distinguishing features such as their physical appearance (“barefoot and unclothed”) and their way of life (“Bedouins”). We can see that such a prophecy contains multiple variables, each of which is very detailed and must be fulfilled in a very specific manner, which strictly limits how the event could happen.
It’s important to point out that Prophet Muhammad himself did not like Muslims to be involved in trying to unnecessarily increase in wealth. Indeed he often warned of its dangers and how it would corrupt his nation. He did not like or promote the construction of extravagant buildings. He was a simple man who lived in a simple house and wanted other Muslims to maintain that simplicity. That is what he taught and how he lived.
If he wanted to “will” this prophecy to become true, he would have encouraged the Arabs to build tall buildings and perhaps start off trying to do that himself! In fact the Qur’an itself discourages such behaviour:
*“Do you build on every height a monument? Vain is it that you do. And you make strong fortresses as if you were to live forever?” [Qur'an 26:128-129]*
Hamza Yusuf likes to quote a prophecy about how a sign of the end times will be a shoe that can talk to you. Nike of course designed such a shoe. So, Hamza thinks that the prophecy has been fulfilled.

The industrial requirements of them and the era they lived in wasnt for this kind of things, note that the Hadith just say "building" it says COMPETING, because they would have alot of wealth and power to the point they keep up with these mega projects they keep making them
But, it heavily depends on the socio economics of the region and the bedouins were in no shape or form a kind of group of people to do these
hence why nobody so far could have refuted this Prophecy properly nor logically
I wonder if Muhammad did a prophecy in his Quran about the Oil abundance of Dubai and Qatar. 🤔
No there is no but they mix up other word and somehow make it.

Thank you, AP. Great stuff. And I love how you close with the Ave Maria. :)
The Hagia Sophia already existed in Muhammad's day. That's a pretty f#cking tall building.
Imam an-Nawawi (d.1278 CE) (in his interpretation of Sahih Muslim) mentions:
It’s like when the Bible prophesies war, illness and famine to end of the days😂
Shepherd of black camels refered to the "Beduine" tribe of Arab as they were shepherds. They were known for their strange lifestyle at that time such as constantly moving one place to another, barefooted and so on. And if you know the history, the UAE was formed mostly by Beduine people.
You dug so deep bro!
Imagine someone saying 'i predict that people will build tall building' with no time limit and not defining what tall building is. It is very predictable thing. It is not prophecy in the first place because you are talking about something that will happen for sure (as civilization advanced people will building something taller than we have before)
But the fact that it says barefooted, naked & shepherds or Shepherd of black camels building tall buildings refute. We don't see such thing. All we see is rich non-shepherd Arabs siting on chair and asking foreigners to build tall buildings.

Saying something vague and then having people who believe in you do the thing you said might happen is not being prophetic. Not even close. LOL
The Jews say, "Ezra is the son of Allāh"; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is the son of Allāh." That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before [them]. May Allāh destroy them; how are they deluded?
Omg when they credit round earth to islam when Hypatia of alexandria was literally tortured to death for presenting a heliocentric model close to a thousand years before the prophet was even born!
I am certain that Sheikh Yaboodi will refute your claims and prove that this prophecy is correct.
The hadith wasn't saying nothing about who has the first buildings but it talks about one of the sign before the end of time. The desert man or the Bedouin would be competing about having the tallest buildings ,( Dubai is an exemple)
Did you not listen to a single word?
I think I've discovered a new drinking game where I take a drink every time you say "tall buildings"
Surely for any prophecy to be taken seriously, it should, at least, hint of a timescale.

That’s the problem when you don’t understand the Hadith. The prophet said ( People from my peoples ) in that time the Arabs wasn’t even close to build those kind of tall towers. The prophet was talking about the Arabs will be competing against each others to see who will build the tallest buildings. ( What I know the pharaohs wasn’t Arabs, the Romans wasn’t Arabs, the Babylonians wasn’t Arabs, the Parisians wasn’t Arabs ) soooo he prophecy was talking about the Arabs that in his time the only thing they knew to do well was trading goods. So please before you keep lying and confusing your followers understand the Hadith. ( The Hadith talk about the Arabs and today the ones who are competing on who will build the tallest skyscrapers are the Arabs from the golf ).
He didn't say Arabs, he said barefoot destitute shepherds. Where are these shepherds then?
So why he don't say Arabs, Instead using something vague? I mean barefooted, naked, poor, shepherds, doesn't really refers to arabs for me. I would use "people of the desert", or at least if there is a "trader" in his prophecy (it's vague but) only then your argument is a bit more make sense. This is just because you want to believe you fool yourself.
@@darkira2129 He said ( People from my people barefoot ) Prophet Muhammad is Arab so if you’re wise enough you will realize he was talking about the Arabs. It’s clear the Hadith says ( People from my People ) . He wasn’t talking about Egyptians, Persians or other civilizations but about the Arabs. And if you see the tallest building nowadays is in the Arab peninsula. So I’m Hispanic and if I tell you ( in the future my people will be the number one builder around the world ) you have to realize that I’m talking about the Hispanic community and not about the Asian or the africans. Because the key is ( My People ) . But anyways everyone is free to believe in what they want. And what this channel is doing is confusing the non Muslims.

I do not think that it is possible for barefoot, naked, destitute shepherds being capable of competing in constructing tall buildings.'
Here is the rest of Sunan Ibn Majah 63
It was narrated that 'Umar said:
"We were sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) when a man came to him whose clothes were intensely white and whose hair was intensely black; no signs of travel could be seen upon him, and none of us recognized him. He sat down facing the Prophet (ﷺ), with his knees touching his, and he put his hands on his thighs, and said: 'O Muhammad, what is Islam?' He said: 'To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and that I am the Messenger of Allah, to establish regular prayer, to pay Zakat, to fast in Ramadan, and to perform Hajj to the House (the Ka'bah).' He said: 'You have spoken the truth.' We were amazed by him: He asked a question, then told him that he had spoken the truth. Then he said: 'O Muhammad, what is Iman faith? He said: 'To believe in Allah, His angels, His Messengers, His books, the Last day, and the Divine Decree (Qadar), both the good of it and the bad of it.' He said' You have spoken the truth.' We were amazed by him. He asked a question, then told him that he had spoken the truth. Then he said: 'O Muhammad, what is Ihsan (right action, goodness, sincerity)? He said: 'To worship Allah as if you see Him, for even though you do not see Him, He sees you.' He asked: "When will the Hour be?' He said: 'The one who is being asked about it does not know more than the one who is asking.' He asked: 'Then what are its signs?' he said: 'When the slave woman gives birth to her mistress' (Waki' said: This means when non-Arabs will give birth to Arabs") 'AND WHEN YOU SEE BAREOOT, NAKED, DESTITUTE SHEPHERDS COMPETING IN CONSTRUCTING TALL BUILDINGS .' The Prophet (ﷺ) met me three days later and asked me: 'Do you know who that man was? I said" 'Allah and his Messenger know best.' He said: 'That was Jibril, who came to you to teach you your religion.'"

Probably stolen and changed idea of the tower of babel
I think it's more likely that the early Muslims, being caravan traders, simply travelled to large cities and saw tall buildings and aspired for having the same one day.
Damn. I just made a meme about it as well. I also compared it to the USA in the early 1900 - where Shepards (a Cowboys) and naked and barefooted refers to Native Americans (the America). This is the lie we were told in the 1980' as sign is END OF TIME!
This so called prophecies is just a lie that keeps giving.

AP, good one. Too bad you use logic! Believers don't!👍💙🥰✌
Wth
Do you even watch believers videos 🤔
To say such a thing 🤨
All what they talk about is logical
@@samir_ZX I don't agree. I have studied science for many years and have watched many vidoes made by Muslims about "scientific miracles" in the Quran. These people do not understand the science that they are describing, they never quote historical sources that talk about the same things that the Quran does and they re-interpret the meaning of the Quran, sometimes changing the words - their interpretations never agree with what the best Islamic scholars in the tafsirs say (which base their ideas on sahih hadiths often). So, where is their logic? They pull things out of a hat to convince people who don't know much science or history.
@@theastronomer5800 can you give me an example
@@samir_ZX OH! That was good! I'm generalizing believers, as in 'of all religions ' ! It is pretty much all emotion, projection and ignorance. Science doesn't know everything, but religion doesn't know anything! 🥰✌
@@samir_ZX Hey Samir. Sure. Look for example into video about pulsars and the Quran. Muslims claim in these that this is a "scientific miracle", that the Quran is describing "knocking stars" and these have been discovered.
First, they don't understand what the Quran is talking about. If they would read the tafsirs on this verse (which they always say people who criticize verses should do!), the best Islamic scholars explain why the name At-Tariq is used. For example, Ibn Kathir explains "The star has been named Tariq because it is only seen at night and it is hidden during the day'. [This] view is supported by what has been mentioned in the authentic Hadith that prohibits a man to come to his family Taruq. This means that he comes to them unexpectedly at nighttime." Ibn Abbas says " this refers to the planet Saturn which shines at night and disappears during the day".
Second, they don't understand what pulsars are - how they generate the beams of electromagnetic radiation, what we observe, how the intensity of the beam is "converted" into sound, they don't understand that the star or its radiation does NOT make a sound however we can convert intensity into sound just like we can convert colour intensity into sound. They don't understand that the Quran is talking about something that comes at night, while pulsars are visible day and night, they don't understand that the Quran talks of a star of piercing brightness but pulsars are some of the dimmest objects in the universe (we can't see them with the eye and most are radio pulsars and radio waves as you may know are the least energetic of electromagnetic waves). The Quran also seems to talk of one star, but there are millions of pulsars.
I often use the example of seeing a lighthouse far away and each you see the beam you hit a drum. The lighthouse light of course does not make any sound! We can use the exact same equipment as we do to observe pulsars and get the same result. However, I have people who do not understand physics (or who have read the tafsirs) argue with me that I'm wrong. What can you do :) I have only studied pulsars in my astrophysics courses, so what do I know.
