Watching videos like yours really helps me to get motivated. I have depression, anxiety, and ADHD so I really struggle with executive functioning. See a real house with real mess instead of these beautiful magazine show homes that are usually on these cleaning videos helps remind me that there are real people just like me struggling. Thank you for your channel ❤

I am schizoaffective depressed type with BPD, I find it incredibly hard to do anything sometimes, even taking care of myself is hard to do, but there are days when everything is clear and I am able to get up and clean. It's those days I dedicate to cleaning full circle. Thank you for the positivity you are spreading!

I just found you yesterday. Thank you for doing you!
I have had some emotional ups and downs myself, and I am following you and your ideas. I'm getting more motivated to clean it up!!!
Thank you for pushing through and taking that step to help people like me.
I hope you are doing well. You've already lit a spark in me, and if I can return the favor...... I'm here for you too!
Thank you from my heart ❤️❤️

I can confirm. I don't have anxiety but my mother and I suffered from depression in different times of our life.
I only use 3 products and 1 kind of microfiber towel... Even for the floors. I declutter and renovated my mother's home to take care of her and downsized.
She was too depressed and sick so she couldn't help or do anything... For one entire day I left poste note stickers on everything in her home where she lived 40 years in.
4 different color sticker: yellow for trash, green for gift to family, pink was "keep", blue for donate.
I paid about 2000 dollars to take care of the trash and move things away.
Totally worth it, my mum was not a part of it but she never looked back, and now no more depressed and all of the emotional items are just more visible (and she enjoy much more).
Please get help, ask for help, do not think ppl will judge you for it.
Too much prejudice around messy homes. We are not in the Victorian Era!!! Do not feel ashamed

I do use microfibre cloths. I do use paper towels as well. I put them in the compost. We've have curbside pickup for compost for over 27 years here. It's great. The compost is used by the city for public gardening. Yes, I had bad anxiety and depression and chronic fatigue.

Mighty Mama, my main issue with cleaning is I have an autistic child that constantly needs me. When I am in the mood to clean and the mess is giving me anxiety , I go to start cleaning and my son has a meltdown or just a bad day in general and the mess get put off and added to. I want to clean on my off days but I have him and can't. My mother-in-law watches him for me to work. I don't have anyone to trust to take him for a few hours. I have considered cleaning services but even if I could afford it. They would see my son autistic meltdowns. I just need some encouraging words. Mighty mama I know you understand autism.❤❤

I use microfiber cloths! Yes! I hate the ones that stick to my fingers. I bought a couple from grove and the others from Walmart from the automotive section. They are very soft!!
Great video Laura!! So happy to see you❤❤❤

My daughter and I both suffer with anxiety and depression. We both just had back surgery. Mine was 10 weeks ago and my daughter's was a month before mine, but we suffered years before having surgery. We're still limited on what we can do. I looked up a professional organizer and she wanted $20,000. to help me. You heard me right.....$20,000!!! I have a modest home. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath. About 15,000 square feet. I know my house adds to my anxiety and depression. I'll get up to tackle 1 room and just get SO overwhelmed. Thank you for your videos. I always share them with my daughter. God bless you and your family. Fan from Texas 🙏✝️♥️🤠

Hey, I have some tips for you. Don’t try to make everything perfect. Always start tidying up by washing the dishes, so you could prepare a healthy meal easily. Be mindfull about all your stuff, because every thing in your house require energy from you every single day. The less stuff you have, the less energy you need to put in taking care of it. Spend 5-10min every day looking for things to declutter - it could be trash or things that you dont need. Always ask yourself is that thing is making you happy, is it worth your time and energy? Maybe you have 10 cups, when you really need 4 living with your daughter only? Maybe you find difficult to do the loundry, because you have too many clothes and they are piling up everywhere? Watch some minimalist youtubers for inspiration. Things should make your life easier, not harder.

So glad to see you back so soon! You're on a roll, mama! I know exactly what you mean by the microfiber sticking to your fingertips. Literally got shivers down my spine when you talked about it, yuuuuck. I use cotton washcloths (Ikea Krama) instead. Started ten years ago when my oldest was a baby and we used cloth diapers and cloth wipes. When we were done with the washcloths as wipes I boiled and washed them and started using them as cleaning rags and honestly, I'll never go back! They're so good for scrubbing and last multiple years - I use them daily and buy new ones maybe once every three years or so. If you're happy with microfiber then by all means use that! But if someone reads this who's refraining from using rags because if that icky sticky feeling, know that there are options :) Greetings from Sweden!

also, microfiber leave microplastic when washed. I also love the cotton washcloths from Ikea and used them in the kitchen!

I use micro fiber cloths. I know what you mean about the tacky ones. My daughter bought them, but left them for me when she got married 😊I bought mine , the ones I like at Home Depot.

I have had microfiber cloths for years, they still work. I may have gotten them at Costco. The key is to never use fabric softener. I really want to try the scrub daddy ones. I’m obsessed with scrub daddy products. It’s my one splurge, I’m very thrifty with everything else.

Anxiety, depression, ADHD with a tinge of OCD and a bit germaphobe.
I can’t use the same cloth to clean the bathroom. I HAVE to use paper towels. Especially for the toilet and its surrounds.
I can’t get that close and personal with the toilet either. I have to shower afterwards.

Hello and thank you for being here! Yes I am actually working on a new video. It has been very difficult to find the time to film and edit amongst single motherhood and working out of the home. I do appreciate you being here and I will do my best to be more consistent in putting iut cintent as this family herr does mean so very much to me as well!🤍
