Hey , I have read lot of bad reviews about the service ? How was your experience regarding it and it the resort very over crowded?

Not at all overcrowded infect it is very isolated. About the service it very descent & staff is very cooperative but yes it depends on you Embassador as it is very big island so they will assign you individual Embassador for whole staycation so you constantly need to get on touch with him or her so that you don’t miss any part or activities
