I'm excited about creating some of my own patterns. Your videos are helping me out a lot. Love this mountain man drawing. I'd like to see you carve him for sure. Thanks again.
Ok Kevin I have drawn 2 pattern s and my wolf head is not in portion either too big or ??? Be honest not much of a drawer. But I do like this pattern any suggestions on dimension. Examples if wolf is 3" high how HIGH should the mountain man be? Does this make sense. I was taught on human head should be 1/3 eye to nose to mouth. Any comments would be very helpful. Louie
Ok Lou to be honest, I have played with it awhile also until I got it right. Draw lightly with a pencil and erase the lines you don't want is my advice and just eye everything up. I'm not one for measuring drawing proportions I'm more of a eye it up kind of guy. so I wouldn't know what to tell you there , just keep practicing .lol
Thanks so much for such great instructions here!!! Looks great, took screenshots for references!!!!
Kevin thanks for showing this pattern some day I like to try carving this pattern.
