What do you suggest as a starting point or plan of action?
MysticGlow Tan I would recommend learning basic price action and technical analysis. There is tons of information for that online and even in book stores.

Your latest video says it's possible to buy for less outside of Poblado. Thanks for keeping us informed. Which area is best for a retired senior widow?

How much did the penthouse set you back before and after the remodel? I've been to Medellin several times and I stayed in Laureles last week. Loved it. Thinking about moving down next year.

I do believe Medellin is a booming city with plenty of investment opportunities, but my curiosity is more about what else you are able to do there, from personal experience of staying there for 3 months, language was a major barrier

Frances Zarnock Would recommend probably Laureles or even Envigado. But Laureles is a better location.
