Yeah it was a super interesting one, very memorable. If interested I reviewed it awhile back: X-Men Grand Design Omnibus Review | Ed Piskor ua-cam.com/video/DWZZ5WewEas/v-deo.html
Loved the black and white Batman; it's interesting to learn about the backgrounds of the authors and illustrators, and to see different style of art. It's amazing that DC also convinced the legendary Katsuhiro Otomo to write/draw a story about Batman. I'm surprised to see Ed here, and as everyone who has commented has pointed out, you should check out his other comics, red room is a masterpiece. He was a really creative man.
X-Men Grand Design was really good. Piskor had a recent hit with Red Room, which was a horror comic and gory AF, but his masterpiece was Hip Hop Family Tree. Highly recommend it, especially if you have an interest in hip hop or rap music.
about star wars ,is the first licenced omnibus if you wanna call that way,before marvel got their licence back in 2014,darkhorse had licenced to publish star wars comics since 90s,in 90s marvel lost licence of star wars cause of they were in bankrupcy.and that started eu( expanded universe) era of novels,comics too.were omnibuses by darkhorse before too but paperback style,now marvel reprint a lot of darkhorse star wars era in epic collection or omnibus,they even reprints some out of print epic collection like -star wars epic collection new republic volume 1 ,empire volume .1 and next week knights of old republic volume 1,and next year reprint of knight of old republic omnibus volume 1 (2025 edition)
X-men grand design looks cooool!

Yeah I’ve heard a lot from other comic booktubers about that book! Have heard good things
Piskor also did 3 excellent black and white graphic novels called Red Room. They are VERY much mature rated, but they are amazing and bravely created!
I’ve heard of that series, don’t think that title is for me, though I did greatly appreciate the X-Men book

@TheComicBookReport aa gotcha
@@space.pirate481 😁👍👍
you included star wars but shouldnt you have included Aliens omnibus vol 1-4 and predator omnibus 1-2. since those are both in the same boat.
Yeah, those could’ve been on this list as well if I had copies 😅
