This was right on time for me. We were recently tested by a neighbor that stole something that belonged to us, we did retrieve what was taken in a peaceful manner and when I saw the neighbor that did the act attempting to cover it up, I was angry about the fact that they were trying to cover it up. I was talking to my Mother and Sister about it and we joked about it and I knew better and said 'if that was the old me... But I love The Lord and I will not repay evil for evil and will let God handle it'. That was last night, this morning as I found this message (because I don't have my ODB Book for this month yet, I see the video for the day), watching it and reciting the scripture, I felt convicted and forgave the neighbor and released the anger in my heart, because how can I ask God to forgive me for my sins, yet hold onto this anger about what this neighbor did? That's not ok, I prayed for forgiveness and forgave him as well. I'm a work in progress and I'm striving to apply the wisdom of God's word in my life daily and will continue to do so.

Amen, the Lord placed this verse on my heart. Although people have been very evil toward me I keep failing to return the evil. I'm just going to leave people alone. It seems people want to keep up conflict with me, kill me, and all sorts of horrible things. I'm trying my best to do things God's way. It is haaaaaaaarrrrrddddd.

Really struggling with this right now with my supervisor. He was very disrespectful to and when asked if he will continue to disrespect, his answer was Yes. I have been avoiding speaking or acknowledging him. I have built up a dislike for him in such a short time and I don't want to give him any more of my energy...
